Painted Feathers

Hey guys! I've been really into bohemian decor lately. You know, feathers, dream catchers, all that jazz. This fits in perfectly, and is super pretty! You take feathers from a craft store and some acrylic paint. I also have a few variations for more diy-ness!

~ Designs: umUse a q-tip or toothpick to add different dots or curly cue designsr.

~ Glitter: Paint on a thin layer of Mod- Podge to the bottom of a feather and sprinkle on some glitter. Go with just classic silver or some cool neon colors for a real pop!

~ Mobile: Attach strings in different lengths to individual or groups of feather and tie to an embroidery hoop or stick. Hang on a wall or ceiling for a beautiful decor piece over a bed or desk!

And if you're feeling really bold, combine all of these techniques to make a real statement piece!
