Uta's POV:
"Mizu! Wake up!" I scream. I go to throw more water on her, but she stops me before I can.
"I'm awake! What happened?!" She sits up quickly, when the rest of the ninja burst into the room, their faces full of concern.
"Mizu? Are you ok? What happened?" Lloyd ran to the side of the bed.
"I'm fine but what are you talking about?" Mizu asked, looking and sounding completely surprised by us.
"You were... kinda acting weird..in your sleep." Nya stated. Mizu hopped out of bed and looked at all of us.
"What do you mean?" She asked.
"Well-"
"Ok, I say she's obviously fine now and it's time for training. Let's get going." Kai told everyone
casually. They all looked at him then back at Mizu."Alright...Come on guys." Cole agreed, not fully certain of what had happened. Mizu and I followed everyone out on deck. There Sensei was waiting for us.
"Does anyone want to tell me what all the morning commotion was about?" Sensei asked us.
"Good morning, Sensei." Everyone stated in unison and bowed, completely ignoring his question. Even Mizu did it. I just stood there awkwardly and lightly bowed a little late. Sensei looked at us then just decided to go on with training.
"Ninja, start with the training course, Mizu and Uta, start with sitting down in a basic Asana potion."
Everyone did as told and we got to work. For the most part of our day, Mizu and I just did some weird poses. Everyone else was doing all these flips and sword things. Later on, at lunch time, Zane made some really tasty sandwiches.
"These are so good, Zane!" I complimented.
"Woah..I think that's the most you've said to us so far, Uta." Jay stated with a mouth half full.
"Jay..please don't talk with your mouth full.." Nya said and giggled.
"Thank you Utuzuki." Zane said, giving me a small smile. I returned the smile and went back to eating.
"So, Utuzuki, huh?" Lloyd asked.
"Uta's fine." I said, getting very uncomfortable.
"Anyway!-" Mizu started to talk about the ninja and how they train. She's a huge fangirl, if you hadn't noticed. Meanwhile, I was trying to talk myself into being more social. After all, I am gonna spend most of my time with these people, might as well talk to them.
After lunch we went back to training.
"Mizu, straighten your back." Sensei Wu instructed Mizu. Mizu struggled to stay up. Sensei Wu had her balancing on one leg in some kind of a yoga, tree pose. This was supposed to teach her something about discipline and balance.
"Mizu, your element is the sky. In order to understand and control your power you are going to have to be learn to understand and control yourself.." Sensei continued to circle around her and using his staff to straighten her posture. "The sky is perfectly balanced. All elements of it working together in perfect harmony. The day and the night are one in the same. The clouds and the winds are one in the same. Lighting and thunder are one in the same.
The stars and the comets are one in the same. They all work together to keep balance and to keep order..."By the sound of it..Mizu has a pretty cool element. I wonder what mine is about..
I got so lost in thought on the subject that I fell out of my pose and Sensei looked at me. I jumped and instantly got back into my 'crab pose'. Sensei walked over to me.
