The Angel was flying carelessly
Full speed, non-stopping
Not realizing when his divinity was stripped
That's how an Angel lost his wings.
The Angel was falling in love
With someone whom he's not supposed
But he didn't care, his heart was never solemn
That's how an Angel fell from heaven.
The Angel played gaily in the dark forest
Always moving, he was never focused
Never thinking about what it'd cost
That's how an Angel got lost.
The Angel watched sunrises and sunsets
He smiled, loving how the horizons met
But one day he saw the sun stopped shining
That's how an Angel stopped wishing.
The Angel stared at the starless night
And he gave up, as he was in fright
On the cold ground he lies
That's how an Angel dies.
