No one's POV
Days had passed. No.. Weeks had passed since that incident occurred. Since the day, Maki disappeared. They have no contact with Maki. Kotori tried calling her but her phone is out of reach.
With just one little incident, well, for Nico. It's just a little incident. But for Maki and one particular person, It's not just a little incident.
That particular person has always been with them. The very person who knows about everything. The person who's hiding everything. Only she knows what's the real thing that will happen.
She's been observing Maki from the very start.
But right now, she don't know what to do.
Yes... She is-
"Arrgghh!! Maki!! Where are you?!" The always calm and collected blue haired girl yelled frustratingly.
Everyone seemed to panic. Nico who's been quiet and guilty for everything is just staring at the wall.
"Everyone! Calm down!" Eli yelled angrily that made everyone stop. She sighed and clapped her hands a little and gently.
"Everyone. Calm down. We need to think properly. Maki will come back. But for now, let's go back to our room." Eli said seriously.
"Okay/We understand." They said. They all went back to their classrooms. Except for one certain girl.
She headed towards the rooftop. As she arrived, she started punching the wall.
"Sh*t! Sh*t! SH*T! How can I forget my mission?! Tch.. Not now... Not now that Maki became my friend... I'm sorry.. But.. I have too." The certain girl said. She stayed there until night and left after it.
Kotori's POV
I wonder how's Maki-chan.. I hope she's okay.. I've been avoiding Nico-chan since that day. Maki-chan became a close friend of mine after all.
She may look cold, heartless and doesn't care.. But deep inside her heart, she has the softest part of her personality..
But after what I saw that day.. She changed..
I wish I could see her again..
Nico's POV
Maki-chan... I'm so sorry.. Please.. I miss you..
"Nico-chan... Why.. Am I not enough..?" I heard Maki-chan's voice as I sat up on the bed. Terrified. Cold sweat covering me.. Heavy breathing...
"Nico-chan... *sniff* why..? It hurts.. *sniff* Do you.. Really want me.. *sniff* to die..?" I suddenly a figure... A crying figure at the corner of my room.. I immediately stood up..
