~Umi's POV
Me and Maki are the ones that woke up in the morning. It was 6am. We will all go to school later to rebuild the school.
I called my parents to call for assistance for the Job. So they approved. Maki talked to her nobles to get some vampires to help us for rebuilding it.
Me: Hey Maki. So I guess.... Everything will be back to normal for the two of us.
Maki: Of course! What time is it?? Are they awake already??
Me: It's 8 in the morning. And they are not awake yet.
Maki: Hey. Umi
Maki smiled at she is going to tell me something. I looked at her curiously.
Maki: Why don't we have practice battle?? Its been a while since we've practiced together, right?
I smiled happily and excitedly. Because it's been 3 years since we practiced together. So I answered her without hesitations.
Me: Sure!! I would love to!!
~Maki's POV
Umi approved my offer and we went to our backyard. We brought our swords with us. Umi is on the other left side and I'm at the right side.
We are getting ready. We do our stance. Umi withdraw her sword already and she is holding it with her two hands. Meanwhile, I stepped my left foot backwards, I lower my stance and I haven't withdrawn my swords. I'm just holding the handle but not withdrawing it. I am now using my Pureblood mode. My eyes are now shining bright red.
I looked at Umi and she smiled at me. I used my power to make a coin float.
Me: Umi. I will throw the coin at the air. When the coin drop then the battle will commence.
