Smile
Smile, dimple face
Smile, girl with grace.
Show those beautiful teeth,
show your humorous fleet.
Let me see how your eyes get smaller
while your laugh gets all the attention
can't love something more than that.
Only have to mention
when I fell onto your brother,
and we fell into the mud.
Can't stand you on mood,
Can't stand when your eyes flood.
Let me give you something more
than this poem, like make some smores.
Or hear your dad when he snores,
run out giggling and fall to the floor.
Just let me see your smile,
that lightens up my day
brightens up the sky
and makes me fly away.
Smile like there's no tomorrow.
Smile so you don't have to borrow.
Don't worry what others think,
just know you're great for me.
