storyline: you and blake gray have been neighbors your whole lives, but when you guys are 12, blake's parents separate and he moves away for four years until he is allowed to move back.
"i'll be back soon." he said
four years later
you have been waiting for this day forever.
you sit on the front steps of your porch waiting for blake to arrive.
you wondered how blake would react to the new you.
obviously people don't look the same after four years. you figured blake wouldn't look the same either in real life. you both followed each other on instagram, but that was it. you guys didn't like each other photos, add each other on snapchat, you guys didn't even exchange numbers!
"maybe he doesn't want to see me." you think. "after all, he would've talked to me by now."
you go inside and lay down on your bed.
