Ilima stands really funny in battle, he's so into it.
What a nerd!Because Miracle is apparently able to beat all of her opponents with no effort, unless they're a level eight Magnemite of course, this battle was completely useless and pointless.
Just the way I love my battles."That was a brilliant battle," Illima lies, "I do hope you'll come to Verdant Cavern and attempt my trial. I bid you Alola." Ilima waves us goodbye.
Rotom marks Verdant Cavern on the map and we head up to Route two.
"Miracle! Wait for me!" Lillie calls, running up to us, "I'm so happy to see a familiar face, I get lost so easily. I can't find the roads here or buy my own clothes but you...what're you going to do?""I'm going to Verdant Cavern to do my first trial." Miracle says cheerfully.
Lillie nods, "I wish you luck on your first trial."
"Thanks. Why didn't you just ask Chase to help you?"
"He said he had to go home."
I don't think letting a child walk home-
Oh, who am I kidding this is Alola.
It's all sunshine and rainbows here."Oh, well, I'm gonna go do my trial, bye, Lillie!" Miracle says before skipping away and running into that Tauros from before.
I'm beginning to think that Hala believes the only way to solve problems is to make children do them for you.
Too bad it ran away after she pet it.

The first thing I see on the route are trainers, who don't hesitate when asking us for a battle. Tiko and Tula battled most of them, though.
I can't say I'm upset.Something even happened during one of them, Tiko evolved!
Into an ugly bird with a weird beak."Evolution goals right there," I say smugly as Tiko admires his new form.
He immediately gets offended, "At least I won't evolve into a clown!"I shrug, "And when I turn into a Primarina, you'll be the one eating your words."
Well, at least Miracle is happy about him evolving, and his hat fitting, and realizing that she never bought the hat.
That's right, Miracle.
Your precious bird child is a thief."Trumbeak, the Bugle Beak Pokémon," Rotom says, "By bending its beak, it can produce a variety of calls and brand itself a noisy nuisance for its neighbors."
"Great," Miracle says, "Now he'll be even louder."
She grabs his hat, "But at least this hat, that you stole, fits you better now." She puts it back on his head and we continue scaling the route."Tiko what's it like?" Tula asks, the soothe bell Miracle found jingling around her neck.
Tiko flies over us in circles, "It's weird, but I like it! I can fly faster and I feel stronger too." He curls his beak, "And I can do this weird thing too."
He continues to curl his beak making Tula laugh.I've always wondered what it's like to evolve.
Being an adult Popplio isn't the best thing in the world because you're old, but you look like a weird clown seal child.
I should be a Primarina by now!
My father, Maui, said that I'll evolve when I'm ready, but when someone says that, it means they don't believe it'll ever happen.
While I was moping around, Miracle, Tula, and Tiko were talking to some Delibird who was...having some problems with his berries or something?
I wasn't that wrong, though.
But, Team Skull was there bothering some old man, who is now my hero because he isn't afraid of them and it's making them so angry.
One grunt turns to him, "Yo, we're standing right here. At least act a little scared!"
His partner walks up to us and challenges Miracle to a battle, with a creepy looking Drowzee.
I easily take it out with my Water Gun.
That poor Drowzee; it never stood a chance.
