Chapter Fourteen: Isa's Song

Konikoni city has lots of things to do.
Because this is such a nice and large place, Tula wants to cause some trouble.
Her first step is to mess with some lady's poor Pikachu.

She starts pulling on his tail and ears and he starts to cry.

Miracle runs over to Tula and grabs her, "I'm so sorry!" She apologizes, "My Pikachu really likes to cause trouble."

The lady smiles, "It's fine." She looks down at her three Pikachu. The other two Pikachu try to console the one that was crying by dancing in circles.
One of them runs up to a nearby bush and starts pointing at it. Then, BAM! She gets snatched up.

The bush stands, "Yo! Yo! What up! Back again, once again, and I'm stealing this Pikachu!"
Drowzee grunt runs off with the Pikachu.

"Damn it!" Miracle's a big girl now, "I'm really sorry. I'll help you get your Pikachu back."

The lady laughs, "It's just Team Skull! I'm sure my Pikachu can handle herself."

"No, really." Miracle insists, "I should help you. I know that grunt. He probably stole your Pikachu 'cause he thought it was mine."

The lady nods, "Well, since you're being so generous I should give you and your Pikachu a reward."

She hands Miracle a yellow z crystal. "That's Pikanium Z. If you have a Pikachu that knows Volt Tackle it can use an exclusive Z move. I can teach your Pikachu Volt Tackle if you'd like."

"Yeah. That'd be awesome."

Goodbye Charm, hello Volt Tackle.

Now, it's off to get back that Pikachu. We travel all the way back through Diglett cave.
Lying outside, relaxing is Kukui.

"Professor Kukui? What're you doing here?" Miracle walks out of the cave and dusts herself off.

Kukui opens one eye, "I was training with Rockruff and Dartrix. We're taking a break, now." He gets up and stretches, "I thought you were going to take on Olivia."

"I was, but a Team Skull grunt showed up and stole this lady's Pikachu. I have to get it back to her."

Kukui nods, "We could tag along with you. Rockruff is a great tracker." Rockruff yips happily.

"But we should wait for Lillie. I'm sure she's around here somewhere. Snowball is helping her find her way around."

Who thought that was a good idea?

Lillie stumbles out of the cave.
Her hair is all tangled and has some dirt in it.

"What happened to you?" Miracle asks.
"I tripped and fell." She says dusting off her dress and hair.
Snowball climbs up on her shoulder and helps by dusting all the dirt off with her tail, "I thought you were going to battle Olivia."

"Some Team Skull grunt stole a Pikachu. I'm gonna get it back."

"And we're gonna help her." Kukui says, "If you want to that is."

Lillie nods and we begin our search.

With Rockruff's help, we're able to narrow down the grunts' location to Paniola ranch.

Tiko and Tula search the barn.
Rockruff and Rudy are trying to see if they can pick up any more scent tracks.
Miracle is asking people if they've seen Drowzee grunt run through here and if they did, where he went.
Nightshade and I are just kinda keeping watch under a small bush.
It's painstakingly boring.
