I woke up the next day with a stuffed nose, puffy eyes and a wet pillow obviously because of my crying fit last night which I didn't enjoy too much, I sat up, yawned and rubbed my eyes then looked around my room, I saw the same thing, blurry figures and surroundings, but that doesn't mean I can't see colors. I breathed in through my stuffed nose and surprisingly I managed to smell to smell food but I didn't think too much of it. I miss him so muchHe was so sweet and kind, I wouldn't change him for the world. I just don't understand why this happened, as I sat still in my bed looking at undefined objects I heard the message box ringing from my bedside table. I scooted over carefully and felt around the table trying to figure out where it was placed. Once I found it I pressed play and the voice of my mother started playing "Good Morning Star, I hope you slept well last night regarding what had happened, but aside from that try to get ready and go downstairs for breakfast when you're done. Bye dear" And that was the end. I returned back slowly to my bed and reached out for my walking stick, once I have it in my hands I carefully got out of bed and used my walking stick to direct me to the bathroom.
Once I entered, I walked slowly towards the sink and placed my walking stick there, then I carefully went over to the tub and turned on the hot water. While the bath was filling up it gave me time to get out of my sleep clothes, once I was done I felt inside the bath to see if the water had almost reached the peak and it did so I turned it off. I got in attentively, being cautious so that I won't slip and injure myself then settled in. I sighed, allowing the relaxing water take me into a trance that I wish I could never get out of, I reached for the soap and started to lather myself in it rinsing off afterwards
Once my daily shower routine was finished I wrapped myself in a towel and went to my closet, but of course taking my walking stick first,I opened the closet trying to feel my clothes that the royal maids prepped for me. It was just the classic light blue gown, not to high-high heels and a polished gold crown, let's do a little recap. I may be blind but I still can see colors, I wore that and dried my hair, I decided to just let it down for today because I always wear it in a itchy bun. I placed my crown and called out for my assistant hounds. One named Julie and one named Aurora
When I heard barking that's the part where I smiled and bent down to pet them "Good girls, now can you take me to the dining room?" I asked and they gave me a bark in response, I put my hand out so they could place their leashes. I felt two thick materials being place and I gripped onto it tightly "Let's go" I whispered and immediately the two dogs started to walk.
After a few twist and turns I was greeted by the royal castle staff, it also signals me that I have reached my destination "Good morning your highness, breakfast is awaiting for you" I smiled "Thank you" I heard the giant doors open and the dogs slowly walked in, escorting me to my usual seat "Humphrey, please take the hounds and give them their daily treats" My mom ordered and being replied with a 'Yes Madame' I looked at their fuzzy figures and smiled trying to hide the excrutiating pain in my heart "Good morning sweetheart" My dad said in a kingly voice "Morning Daddy" I heard my mom clear her throat "Oh, sorry. Morning mom" I said, the left side of my mouth tilted up slightly
I began to eat my breakfast, I was enjoying my meal until I was interrupted by my mother speaking "Star, I know you are depressed from the unexpected news last night," I looked up at them and tears started to form in my eyes but I wiped them off before they could even fall "And I also understand that you want to forget what I had said so--" I just looked at them and listened "What do you think about staying on Earth?"
