Toby and Theo moved to England two months after that.

Ziggy and Avi started dating in secret and still haven't told anyone about it, but are very happy together.

Elliott and Jack broke up right after Gus's funeral.
Elliott went on to dedicate a painting after Gus and ended up getting international recognition for it, selling it for over 10 million dollars and then proceeding to move to New York City.
Jack started drinking, and never forgave himself for what happened to Gus. He still loves Elliott.

Horacio started dating Sophia, one of Ziggy's childhood friends, and is finally experiencing a great (reciprocal) love.
