This tutorial was requesed by xIamxthexbestx ! She had seen zuko_42 's character profile graphic, and wanted me to do a tutorial on it! So here I am. And let me just tell you, I've never made one of these before, so it's going to be a lot worse than zuko's. I experimented with ways to do this, so there are probably easier and better ways to do it, but this is the first way that came to mind so help me if you don't like my techniques :)

1. pull up a dark grey (not black!) canvas of 285 x 825 into the edit feature of Picsart. Now click 'draw' and on the bottom right corner, switch the brush you're using to the one I have displayed below. Make sure it's a large sized (60-80 px) brush with black color on it. After that, on the side of the example brush, there is a blue icon with three knobs. Click on it. Reduce the hardness to about 10-20%.

2. Draw a splotch of black slightly below the highest point of the ''bookmark'' (let's just call it that haha) If it's hard around the edges, use a very soft eraser (large px) to erase around the edges to give it that nice, blended look. This splotch is where you'll be blending in the png you saved to put at the top of the bookmark.

3. Now take your png and lay it on top of the splotch. We're going to erase almost up to her shoulders using a very soft brush, which is going to deliver that blended look we're going for! (so do it. yeah. erase almost up to her shoulders.)
