-So basically, we have to have a low profile because... Ehh.. They aren't on good terms with the kingdom! Yuri covered up.
-So, why are you in their group? Kei asked curiously.
-They wanted me to join, because.. well.. She said. I can tell she was desperately trying to come up with an excuse.
-We needed someone with much experience with bow and arrows or swords, I covered up.
-Yeah! That's it, Yuri said.
-Okay, but what're you doing back in Kagami then? Iwao asked.
-We heard there were people going missing without any traces or patterns, Yuri said and got a serious expression.
-It's true, the village may look like a happy and peaceful place but there is someone or something that keeps making people go missing, and the target isn't specific either, Kei said. Yuri looked like she got in deep thought.
-What about the locations? Where was the last person that went missing? She asked.
-I think the last person was a woman who lived on the vegetable-market-street, Arata said.
-And the person before? Yuri asked.
-A man who's a dad from a family with two children, they live on the north fish market street, Arata continued. Soon Arata, Iwao and Kei had drawn a little map over Kagami and put a dot where the victims lived. We all were sitting in a circle on the ground around the map they drew.
-Wait a second.... Yoon said and his eyes widened a little. He took the pencil and drew lines between the dots making them connect with each other. When he had connected all the dots with each other, a star shape was formed. Yuri, Arata, Iwao and Kei's eyes widened too.
-A star... Kei said. Yoon let go of the pencil and got a serious expression.
-Yes, now we know who's making the people disappear, Yoon then said.
-Who? I asked, a little confused.
-Kurohoshii, meaning black star, is a bandit group that has been around the kingdom for many years, but they've never been caught. Their famous mark is a star that they put out where they have done something. So much for not being any pattern between the disappearances, Yuri said but muttered the last part.
-I never thought they'd come to Kagami, but it is the perfect village to be in since guards rarely come here so it's a low chance of them getting caught, Kei said.
-But how will we find them? Kija asked.
-Maybe we can ask their family and neighbors what they were going to do before they disappeared? I asked.
-That's a great idea! Yuri said.
-So, who is going where? Hak then asked.
-Since there is five people who have disappeared, we need to go into five groups, and we are eleven people, so two in each group, and one group with three, Iwao explained.
-Yona, you'll come with me, Hak said, using my name. Though he has to, he can't call me princess in front of Arata, Iwao and Kei.
-Hey! I wanted to go with Yona! She's my dragon-blood little sister after all! Yuri said.
-Dragon-blood little sister? Arata asked, with suspicion in his voice. Everyone froze, except for the three guys from Kagami.
-I meant that she's like a little sister to me! Yuri said quickly. The rest of us shook our heads up and down quickly as a yes.
-Okay... Arata said, but still with a little suspicion in his voice.
-Anyway Yuri, Yona is coming with me. I have to protect her if there is any danger, Hak said.
-Fiiiiiiiine, mr. Obsessed with protecting Yona, Yuri said. Hak got an angry expression when she said this.
-I'll go with you too, Yoon said.
-I'm going with Iwao, Kei said. Iwao nodded.
-Do you want to go with me, Shin-ah? Kija asked. Shin-ah nodded a little as a yes.
-Arata, you'll go with me, I don't want to go with the womaniser and I'm afraid Zeno will eat me up, Yuri said.
-Sure, Arata said while sweat dropping at her statement of Zeno eating her up.
-Then, should we go to one spot each and ask them now? Hak asked.
-Okay, Yuri said and we all split up.

Hak, Yoon and I arrived at the place where one of the people who had disappeared lived. We were going to ask about the man who was a dad with two children living in north Kagami, on the fish market street. Yoon walked up to the door and knocked. A lady in her mid thirties opened the door.
-Hello, who are you? She asked.
-We want to ask some questions about your husband, I said.
-O-Okay, she said and let us come in. We took a seat on a chair each and she sat on a chair opposite of us.
-Okay, so, what do you want to know about my husband? And why? She asked.
-We are trying to solve the mystery of the people disappearing, and we need to know what he was doing right before he disappeared, Yoon said. She widened her eyes a little, but then they went back to normal.
-Well, first of all, he came home really excited about something. He then told us he had gotten a letter about him getting a really good job with really good payment, and he left the day after for it and never came back, she said.
-Where was he going? I asked.
-A building on the outskirts that isn't really being used, but apparently they've started to hire people for something, maybe they turned it into a shop? She said. I think I understand what has happened, and I looked at Hak and Yoon and they seemed to understand as well. This is just like how it was back in Awa, they said they were "hiring" young ladies and then they never came back from the job interview.
-Thank you for the information, we will certainly bring him back, I said. She got tears in her eyes.
-Thank you... Thank you so much... She said and held a hand over her mouth.
-We will take our leave, Hak said and we made our way out.

We all had come back from our visits at the missing people's places.
-How did it go for everyone? I asked.
-We were told that the lady from the vegetable market street got a letter about a job, but never came back after she went to where it was, Yuri said.
-Same here, Yoon said. Then everyone else said that it was the same for them too.
-So, we will have to go and check out that build in the outskirts then, Kija said.
-Yes, but we'll have to do that tomorrow, it's already dawn, Yoon said.
-Okay, we'll meet here tomorrow morning, Kei said.
-Okay, I and everyone else said.

Okay everyone, I tried my best to get rid of my writers block! Sorry it was a little short, and the way the conversation went may not be the best, but I wanted to come up with something fast because it seems many were upset with my authors note. And here's a fun fact: I was originally going to make Yuri able to create lightning, but I got rid of the idea since a part of her body has to be scaly somewhere.
