Chapter 2

Emmett's P.O.V.

"Esme do we have to go to school this year, we go every year and I know that I can stay away from the humans in town by simply just not going to town. Please don't make me go through this again." I plead to Esme, my vampire mom.

"Your going Emmett and you'll have fun. I'm going to go meet the other vampire that's here and I think there's a werewolf here also. Plus everybody else is going and even your mate, Rose, is going so yes you have to go." Esme says and walks out the door to who knows where.

Anyway let me introduce myself, I'm Emmett Cullen. I'm the strongest of all seven of us and I have a body builder body. I have short hair and well I'm a guy so I like all the mudding activities. I have a mate and she is gorgeous, her name is Rose. Rose and I have known that we were mates since we met but recently it seems like we are missing something in our relationship. Yes I still love her the same bit it just isn't how intense as it was when we first met.
We first met when she saved me from a bear attack and brought me back to Carlisle, vampire dad, and he turned me and now I'm here.

"Em I'm sure this year is going to be fine and it's not going to kill you. So stop giving Esme such a hard time with everything." Rose says.

"I know babe I'll survive but I'm so tired and bored of going to school." I say as i wrap my arms around her.

"I know you are but I promise it'll be a great year." She says and kisses me.

"Yeah Emmett I'm sure this will be a great year for the two of you. You might even get a surprise today at school l, so stop pouting and be your happy self." Alice says.

I forgot to mention everybody in the house.

Well to start off with is the little pixie in front of me, Alice. She is by far the best little sister that I could have ever asked for. She can see into the future and it's great except for the times she uses it against me in video games.

Next would be her mate, Jasper. He is great for Alice and I love him as a brpther. He would die protecting Alice and the family.

Finally theres Edward. He can see everything that is going on in your mind and it is often great. The only bad thing about it is that he can see what I plan on doing to Rose later and if I call him names. Other than that he is a great brother.

"Emmett I just saw everything you were thinking and the one part is gross. And also Alice is right, there is a surprise at school today for the both of you so be happy." Edward says with a grin.

"Well then what are we waiting for, let's get going." I say and run to my jeep.

My jeep, which is my baby, is white and has off-road tires. It's lifted three inches and is a Wrangler. It has been through some rough times but every time it needs fixed Rose does it in a heart beat and it's back on the road.

Rose hops in the front seat besides me. Edward, Alice, and Jasper get into Edward's wimpy Volvo. Edward is not the manliest man I have ever met and it all starts with his car. I love to mess with him about his car.

Once everyone's in the vehicles we take off and race to school.

Five minutes later we are the first ones on the parking lot and Rose and I beat them. We all park in our respective parking spots and get out to walk to the office to get our schedules.

Once we were in there for a minute I see Edward, Alice, and Jasper chuckling to themselves. I look to Rose and she's as confused as me. I look back to my siblings when I smell what could only be my mate. I turn to the door and see a girl as beautiful as Rose walk in. I look down and see that Rose is as affected by this girl as i am.

This girl is our missing piece. She's what Rose and I are missing.

Rose's P.O.V.

As soon as that girl walked into that office I knew that I wanted her. I wanted her so bad that I felt ashamed that I felt that way when I had a mate. I looked up and saw that Em was just as affected by her as me.

She was the missing piece to our life. We needed her to survive. We needed her now.

I only came back to my senses when the girl walked out of the office. I looked to my other siblings and saw them smiling at us.

"We told you that you would love school this year. That was your surprise." Alice says to us.

I grab Emmetts hand and we walk out of the office once we get our schedules. I lead us to our missing piece and see her putting her backpack into her locker. I look back up at Emmett and he's already looking down at me.

"She's our missing piece." We say together.

We will get that girl to like us and we will take care of her.
