Chapter 18

Rose's P.O.V.

As soon as Bella started telling us her story I lost it. I let go of her leg and put both of my hands on the dashboard and when she told us about the rogue wolves attacking her for an hour straight I busted the dash. Then she continued on how the cuts got infected and that she almost died and I cracked the dash some more. Then how she hated her body for two years and didn't do anything I got even worst and cracked it some more. I finally let up on breaking the dash when she said that she's okay with them now and all but still I could go and kill all those werewolves again for just touching my mate.

I look over and see Emmett breathing hard and a broken steering wheel. I look for Bella but she's gone, no where to be found. I then notice that the rest of our siblings were talking to us and looking at the school doors.

"Guys how could you not say anything to her, she looked heartbroken when she got out of your Jeep. She looked at me and then ran into the school." Alice says while looking worried and disappointed in us.

I look over to see Emmett still shaking with anger and then grab his hand.

"I didn't even notice her get out of the Jeep, I was in my own thoughts. Do you know what she has first hour?" I ask them.

"Yeah I think she has Algebra III right now. The bell already rang by the way, you two have been sitting here for ten minutes like that." Jasper says to us.

"Yeah we were trying to get your attention but nothing was getting through to you." Edward says.

"Well let's go Emmett we have some major apologizing to do, we hurt our mate I can feel it. We probably won't see you guys for the rest of the day." I say as i look to the rest of them.

"Okay we'll call Esme and tell her why you guys aren't in school. Try and fix your mistake." Alice says and with that I grab Emmetts hand and take off toward the school.

"We have to apologize Em, we hurt her by not saying anything when she finished telling us about her scars. Ill fix the Jeep later by the way, im sorry for breaking the dash." I say and squeeze his hand.

"Its okay Rose I'm sorry also. I can't believe we hurt her feelings like that, we are so stupid." He says and squeezes back.

I just nod and run to the Algebra III class. Once we get there I can tell that she's in there. I knock on the door and the teacher comes and opens the door.

"How can I help you two?" He asks.

"We were wondering if we could talk to Bella for a few minutes." Emmett says to him.

"Of course just give me a minute so that I can tell the class the next assignment and then you can have her for the rest of the hour." He says and walks back in the room.

We wait outside the door until he is finished. We hear him tell Bella that there are two kids who would like to speak to her and that she had the rest of the hour to do it. We heard Bella shoving stuff into her folder and her walking towards the door. We stepped back so that she had room to get through the door.

As soon as she exited the room we could tell that she had been crying. She had red puffy eyes and a tissue in her hand. We looked at each other and then to her and wrapped her in a hug. We shut the door and walked, still in hug formation, out of the school to the picnic tables out front.

"We are so sorry Bella, we were so upset at those werewolves that we didn't notice that you needed us to be there for you. We are so sorry and would love for you to forgive us." Emmett says while rocking us back and forth slowly.

"I thought you didn't like me any more because of my scars. I thought you thought that they were ugly like I did for those two years that I hated them. I was trying to think of ways to forget you guys and it hurt me so bad to think of that." She says and wraps her arms around us and squeezing us to her.

"We could never hate you for something that isn't your fault, heck we could never hate you. We are so sorry that we didn't say anything after you told us, we weren't thinking that you would think we hated you when you saw the damage that was done." I say to her.

"I just want to forget about it and move on, I like you two and I don't ever want to lose you because of what I am and what has happened to me. I want this to work out between the three of us." She says and lets us go.

"How about the three of us all skip the rest of school and go do something fun." Emmett says with a smirk on his face.

"Okay, what do you have in mind?" Bella asks with a smirk of her own.

"How about we go swimming at a place that I know, it'll be fun. Can you handle alittle water Bella or are you afraid?" He asks.

"Oh it's on Emmett, I can handle alittle water. The question is, can you handle it?" She asks with a smirk that's only getting bigger.

"Its on lets go, get your butts in the Jeep so we can get moving." He says and runs to the Jeep in vampire speed.

Bella looks at me and her smirk turns into a smile and she grabs my hand. "Are you ready to go have some fun?" She asks.

I just nod my head and tighten my grip on her hand, she does the same and with that we head to our mate or possible imprint, for Bella's case, and jump into the Jeep just like before and Emmett floors it out of the parking lot toward the swimming spot.

We all look like a big happy couple.
