Sometimes hope was enough to kill you, if you knew everything still would have failed.

Tear Me Back

This need I  free of keep

Thus time not hard it leap

The hand on the wall that scrape

Though judgement lay in between

Like hair a piece so thin

This need I free of keep

Stranger woods that creep

The body that lay a crawl

Lone nights that howl

So dark; escape is impossible

This need I free of keep

A hanged mirror in the deep

To that now succumb to dust

My door a simple trust

That end to haste and death

This I need free of keep

The reds on the ground to sweep

That arms that staggered a fall

Just when the birds whistled a call

To the endless night toll

This I need free of keep

Swaying branches out the peep

While I heard the last breath sound

Covered among my ground

To think of it and I am coward

This I need free of keep

When the police had truth from me to sip

I stand here cold

I remember the child's plead

And I cried shiver seed

On this field with them watching

To this horror I am deserving

A rope around my neck is laced

And I caught a glimpse of my old love

She run so I be relieved

Of this night time detail

I supposed I was free

But when I saw him I wanted to flee

I've been given a hope

To late to know it wrong

They pushed my stool

And there I lay as death kissed

Where am I

This cold afterlife

Ah that hope

Why had he shown

Now death has come

And so has he

I accepted death

Not until he came

Years I waited, silence

And now here in my end he came

Why oh why old love

That hope killed me just before I died

~ I keep hearing you, over and over. a dead memory I can't grasp for just long in this state, where I am far from you, and no way to be near you.. again. though I knew we share mutual feeling. Somehow. You showed me a smile but then I can't.
