Our New Beginning.

Chapter 68

Bre's p.o.v.

Today I decided I wanted to see Lilly, who I haven't seen in what felt like forever and I know she must be going through a rough time, Sammy told me everything but it's always nice to her both sides of the story.I texted her and said

Bre: Hey what you doing today?

Lilly: Probably just gonna watch netflix all day, why?

Bre: I wanted to hang out with my best friend you up for it?

Lilly: Of course...I'll be over in like an hour or so

Bre: Ok see you than.

Since she was coming and it was around lunch time I ordered some pizza and just hung out till she got here, I played with the puppy and was thinking about what to name him....than I remembered that I loved Finn from Glee and I miss Cory Monteith. So I texted a picture of the puppy to everyone on my contact list except Carter, saying this is Finn Caylen Gilinsky, our baby. Most of the texts back were "omg he is so cute" and "omg great name." After that Lilly came over and we ate and watched some tv. I wanted to talk to Lilly about Shawn but I also wanted to hang out with her like girls do, so we went to get our nails done. When we got there we got our seats and the nail person started to work.

"So what's going on with you and Shawn?" I said blankly.

"I kicked him out of my house last night...cause I found out he was sleeping with more than one girl."She said looking down at her nails.

"Omg are you kidding me?"I said shocked.

"Yea it was some girl named Emily, he said it was a fan."She said.

" That fucking asshole!" I said.

"Yea but...I think something will always be there, you know between him and I."She said looking at me.

"Yea I know how you feel."I said thinking about Jack and that time we broke up for a little while while I was California.I miss California, but anyway thinking of Jack reminded me to text him to see how he was doing with Finn and being at home by himself.

Bre: Hey Babe whats up?

Jack: Just chilling with the pups you?

Bre: Aeww and I'm just getting my nails done with Lilly..do you want me to pick something up for dinner?

Jack: Sure what are you feeling?

Bre: Chinese??

Jack: Sounds perfect...I love you so much see you when you get home and if Lilly is really upset she could stay with us.

Bre: I love you more and I will ask her.See ya.

After the nail salon we went to see a movie. We decided to see La La Land, and after that I picked up dinner and asked Lilly if she wanted to stay the night, she said ok so before we went back to the apartment we went by her house so she can pick up some of her stuff. When we got home Jack was playing with the puppy and watching youtube . I set the table and put out the food from the bag and we ate. After we ate me and Lilly made a fort in the living room, and just chilled out.

*Next Morning*

I woke up next to Jack and while I was sleeping I had a dream about living in California, and it was really sad because Drew was in my dream. I've been thinking about California for awhile now and it would be nice to live there again. I got up and started to make breakfast for everyone.Lilly was still sleeping but Jack woke up and took the puppy to go pee.While Jack was talking the dog out Lilly woke up and and came in the kitchen.

"Hey how did you sleep?"I asked as she was rubbing her eyes.

"Fine...just still upset about everything."She said rubbing her eyes. She was helping me make breakfast when Jack came back in with the puppy. We ate breakfast and during this time I had an epiphany, what if all of us bought a huge house in California, we could start school up there, start our lives there. Plus we would all be together in the same house....which might be the worst possible thing but its worth a try. I thought I should tell them my idea at the same time so I send a group message to everyone asking to hang at Jack's mom's house since I didn't want Carter to see everyone at my house and decide to come over. We cleaned up the dishes after eating and brought Lilly home.

Lilly's p.o.v.

When I got home I went straight to my room, turned on the music, and laid down. Everything felt wrong without Shawn, but I know we both hurt each other so much and so often so I think its better if we don't date or talk about this stuff for a long time. Whilst thinking of Shawn, the song Not Today by 21pilots  came on which got me off my bed and ready to do something. I grabbed my phone and and read the text Bre send to the group chat and it said to meet and Jacks old house for a mandatory friend "meeting"  at 7:00 and its around 4:00 right now so I have time. I cleaned my room and did dishes, cleaned the house. I guess getting dumped makes you more productive.

*6:50*

I was on my way to the "meeting'', Bre asked me to grab some chips and dips so I stopped by Target.  I was on Jack's old street when I saw everybody's cars out front and I knew Shawn was gonna be there so of course I freaked out and didn't get out of my car for like 10 minutes. I than thought to my self "Its ok. He is going to be chill and you are to, just try not to make a scene." I walked in and everyone was laughing and talking  Cameron, Matt and Jc said hi to me and everyone turned to me including Shawn, they all screamed out hey and I said hi back. I went to the kitchen and put out the chips and dips and finally Bre came out. 

"OMg thank god I was about to have a nervous break down!" I said.

"Cause of Shawn?" She asked. I nodded.

"You need to chill out and have some perspective , you both cheated so that probably means you both were not happy in your relationship." She said whispering.

"You're right, Its just hard."I said, Bre giggled.

"That's what she said!!" Bre said laughing so hard she was crying. ( I have been watching alot of the office so sorry for that). I laughed to and she started the "meeting".
