Chapter 50 part 2

Shawn's POV

I was at the Omaha airport getting ready to board my plane when I decided to text Gilinsky and tell him that I'm boarding my plane. I was getting on a plane because I was going to California for Lilly and Bre's birthdays to surprise them. I got a text from Gilinsky saying

Gilinsky: K man excited to see you and I bet Lilly's excited to ;)

Shawn: Lol I hope so too.

Gilinsky: K see you in a little bit.

Shawn: K man

After I got done texting Gilinsky my plane was got called and I boarded my plane. 

* 3 hours pass*

I just landed and I texted Gilinsky to let him know that I was here while I was waiting for my bags. After I got my bags I saw Gilinsky walk in and I went over to him and gave him a manly hug.

" Hey bro how you doing" Gilinsky asked

" Good, how are you?" I asked back

" Never better" Jack said

I got all my stuff packed in his car and we started driving to Bre's house.

" Hey so the girls are out right now doing girl stuff so we can get the party set up. Do you wanna help"? Jack asked

" Yeah love too" I said.

We got to the house and I opened the door and all the guys greeted me and so did Bre's mom.

Bre's POV

Today Lilly and I were going out since it was our Birthdays. First we went to go see Paranormal Activity 6 and then we went to a restaurant that I recommended and its called Lemonade. After our lunch we went to the Hollywood Walk Of Fame and just shopped around in Hollywood. The last place we went was the Hollywood sign to take some pictures. After the Hollywood sign I got a text from Jack asking when are we coming home. I texted him back saying we'll coming home right now.

" Hey you ready to head back?" I ask Lilly while she was taking pictures.

" Yeah" She said looking at her phone.

We got in the car and headed home. We pulled into my drive way and got out of the car. We walked up to the door and opened it and all the lights were out so I turned them on and we heard

" SURPRISE!!!"

I looked around and saw all my friends and family then I saw someone and it was my dad in the background.

Sammy's POV

The girls just got here and they opened the door and we surprised them. They looked at everyone and it looked like the first person that Lilly saw was Shawn and she ran into his arms. I looked down and clenched my jaw. Shawn let her down and she looked at me and came over.

" Did you and Jack plan this?" She asked

" Yeah" I said looking at her.

" Thank you" She said and wrapped her arms around my shoulders and I wrapped my arms around her waist. I looked her and said

" Happy Birthday" 

" Thanks" She said and smiled.

I don't know what came over me but I guess I just wanted to show Shawn that Lilly was mine now. I grabbed her and kissed her with force. I was kissing her and I opened my eyes and was looking behind her at Shawn. I gave him a look saying that Lilly was with me now. I let go of her and hugged her one more time then heard Shawn say

" Lilly can I talk to you for a sec"

Lilly looked at me and back at Shawn and said

" Yeah sure" 

Lilly's POV

When Sammy was kissing me he seemed really mad because he was kissing me with a lot of force and he never really does that. After we kissed Shawn asked if he could talk to me. As soon as he asked I knew it had something to do with Sammy. I walked with Shawn upstairs into the bathroom.

" So you two are a thing know?" He asked as soon as he shut the door.

" Yeah" I said 

" Why didn't you tell me?" He asked 

" I didn't think you wanted to know. And you said we were single know so I didn't think it would matter" I said.

" Yeah I know but your still my best friend and I still care about you and who you date. And I didn't really expect you to go back to Sammy after what he did" Shawn said.

" Well are you ok with it? I still want your opinion" I asked

" I mean I kind of have to be and if your happy thats all that matters" Shawn said smiling.

" Thanks Shawn I missed you" I said walking towards him giving him another hug. I really missed feeling his arms around me and it was nice having that again.

Jack G's POV

After the girls got here we all got in our bathing suits and went out back. While Bre was upstairs changing I figured I should talk to her dad and get to know him since she never talks about him. I was looking for him when I saw him talking and laughing with Skate. I walked over and said

" Hello I'm Jack. Bre's boyfriend" and stuck out my hand to shake his.

He shook my hand and looked over at Skate and said

" So this is the guy you were telling me about. The one who left my daughter on a curb to get kidnapped."

" Sir I don't think you should listen to what someone has to say if they don't even know what happened" I said glaring at Skate.

" Your right let me hear your side of the story" He said

I told him the story of what happened that night and he said

" I'm still siding with Skate cause you basically left her and her friend there to get taken away"

" After we found out that they had been kidnapped we did ever thing we could to her them back. I would never put her in danger like that" I said.

" Well if she was still dating Skate I don't any of this would have happened" Her Dad said

" Well thats all in the past and we should just leave it behind us. Also did you know the reason that Bre broke up with Skate is because he verbally abused her" I said.

" Well Skate told me that he apologized, did you  ever apologize for leaving Bre on that curb?" he dad asked

" Yes I did and I made sure she knew it" I said with my jaw clenched.

" Guys come on its her birthday we don't need to argue who's better for her even though we all know that I am" Skate said.

" Well that doesn't matter cause I'm gonna spend the rest of my life with her and get married to her" I said

" Not with out my blessing your not" Her dad said.

" He doesn't need your blessing, I'd choose him over you any day" Bre said coming down the stairs.

She grabbed my hand and I looked back at Skate and smirked knowing that I will always have Bre. I also looked back at her dad and he looked devastated.
