Chapter 62

2 weeks later

Bre's p.o.v.

It was a week before prom and Lilly,my mom and me went dress shopping (My mom came for a couple weeks).We went to a prom dress store downtown and started looking around.We were in their for  like 20 minutes and Lilly found one she liked so she went and tried it on. She came out and the dress was a strapped dress that sparkled sliver at the top and the bottom was made like a gown which was long ,The color was a pastel pink.

"That is really pretty I think its the one!"I said and my mom agreed.Next it was my turn to try on the one i picked out which was a strapless gown that sparkled gold at the top and the bottom was completely white. We bought our dresses and headed out to eat lunch at Red Lobster.After lunch we dropped my mom off at the house and went to the school to work on prom committee. We were blowing up balloons when Madison came in.

Lilly's p.o.v.

Madison came up to me and Bre and started to make small talk.

"Hey girls"! She said.

"Hey Madison What's up" I asked.

"Nothing much just waiting for prom to come You're going with Shawn right?".She asked.

"Yea, of course are you going with anyone?"I asked.

"Oh yeah...Sammy asked me yesterday"She said and I kinda felt jealous and angry.

"Oh I didn't know you guys were a thing"?I asked trying to get more information.

"Not really he just asked me and I thought he was cute and he is a nice person so I just said yes!"She said.

"Oh well I hope you two have fun"! I said.She walked away and started working on something.

"Why did you act all weird?"Bre asked.I didn't want to tell her because I know what I did was bad and I need to stop doing this with him.

"I wasnt acting weird!"I said

"Lilly come on I know you and I know when you are hiding something."She said.

"Fine"I said pulling her into a place were no one can hear us.

"Ok so me and Sammy slept together......again"!I said.

"Lilly. Shawn doesn't deserve that and neither does Sammy".She said.

"Its just Sammy is so persuasive and its hard to say no."I said.

"Well you need to tell Shawn."She said.

"I am after prom but am scared that he is gonna break up with me"I said.

"This was so much easier when you were a virgin haha!"She said.I was laughing but on the inside I was thinking about Shawn.After we were done at the school we invited everyone over to my house to hang out.

*At my house*

Everyone was over so I decided to talk to Sammy about the whole Madison thing.

"Hey Sammy can I talk to you?"I asked.He nodded his head and we went in the kitchen to talk.

"What's up?"Sammy asked.

"Nothing much so Madison told me you asked her to prom?"I said.

"Ahh. Yea"He said.

"Why are you going with her?"I asked with a snap in my voice.

"Um because I wanted to and why do you care?"He asked.

"I don't I was just....looking out for Bre because of what happened between her and Madison."I said thinking of something at the top of my head.

"Oh are you sure that's the ONLY reason?"He said coming closer to me biting his lip.

"Ah y..yea!"I said stuttering.

"You know I only asked her out to make you jealous. Is it working?"He said.

"Nope not one bit!"I said walking back to the group.When I went back Jack and Jack were talking about how their ep was about to be #1.

"Ok if we get to #1 by midnight prom dinner is on me!"Jack G said.

*Skip a week*

Jack G's p.o.v.

It was prom night and the girls are going to get their makeup done at sephora and they went to get their hair done, us guys are already ready and we are just playing video games. My ep hit #1 so I guess I have to pay for everyone's dinner tonight. A little while later the girls came back and they looked really pretty. We all left to go eat dinner, we went to a nice Italy restaurant in town, than we went to a nice area to take pictures with a photographer. Than we were finally ready to go to prom. We walked in a the decorations were cool. The music was playing and Bre and I danced and we were having a great time. Than they announced prom king and queen. I know Bre and I aren't going to get it because we didn't campaign for it but we just listened.

"Can I have everyone's attention please, thank you its time to announce prom king and queen and as you all know we have a tradition were we have two kings and two queens so let's start with the first couple...is Cameron Dallas as you king and Lilly Grier as your queen!"The principal said.

Lilly's p.o.v.

And Lilly Grier as your queen!". I was shocked and confused Cameron and I looked at each other and exchanged confused looks. We walked on stage and got our crowns. Shawn looked at me from the stage and I shrugged my shoulders and just stood there. I was wondering who the next couple was.

"And the next couple is Jack Gilinsky as your king and Madison Beer as your queen!" Everyone stood there and gasped there were no claps.

"Is this a joke?"Jack asked to the principal.

"No this is on my cards"I saw Bre let go of Jacks hand and stepped back. I could tell she was about to cry. Madison was already on stage and Jack walked up and took his crown.
