Noah got into the car and didn't say a word. He closed his eyes as he waited for his mom to tell at him.

Olivia got into the car and started towards home.

"So do you want to tell me what happened?" Olivia questioned.

"Mom, it's not what you think." Noah said.

"Then tell me why did you punch the kid? You broke his nose." Olivia said.

"He said something. It wasn't nice." Noah sighed.

"What did he say?" Olivia asked as she pulled into the driveway.

"It doesn't matter. He just knows not to say it again." Noah said.

"It does matter." Olivia said. "This is not the Noah I know."

"Mom it's not like that." Noah said. "I'm the same kid."

"Then tell me what he said." Olivia said.

Noah started to cry.

Olivia pulled Noah into a hug. "Promise me if you don't talk to me you will talk to someone."

Noah nodded his head.

"Uncle Nick and Aunt Amanda want us to come over for dinner. So why don't you go get cleaned up and we will head over there." Olivia smiled.

Noah nodded his head as he got out of the car. He headed inside.

Olivia pulled out her phone and texted Carisi. Heading inside Olivia went and changed her clothes. Walking downstairs Noah was sitting on the couch.

"You ready." Olivia asked.

"Yes." Noah stood up. "Are you mad at me mom?"

"No. I could never be mad at you." Olivia smiled. "I just wish you would tell me what he said."

"I will someday." Noah said as he walked back outside.

Olivia got into the car. Noah did the same. He didn't know if his mom was mad he kept staring at her.

"I'm not mad if that's what your thinking." Olivia said.

"Sorry." Noah said.

"Don't be just remember what I said if you can't talk to me at least talk to someone." Olivia said.

The rest of the way there was quiet. Soon the house came into view. Parking the car Olivia got out. She looked at Noah.

"Jesse may be a good person for you to talk to she's around your age." Olivia said as they walked up the steps.

"Mom when I'm ready I will talk." Noah ran his fingers through his hair.

Olivia knocked on the door.

Amanda opened it. "Hey Liv." Amanda pulled Olivia into a hug.

"Hi." Olivia smiled as she pulled away.

"Hey slugger." Amanda pulled Noah into a hug.

"Hi aunt Amanda." Noah smiled. "Is Jesse home?"

"She's in her room." Amanda said.

"May I go and see her?" Noah asked.

"Of course you can." Amanda said as she stepped back. Noah raced inside and up the stairs.

"Those two are gonna be best friends." Amanda smiled.

"They already are." Olivia said as she followed Amanda inside.

Nick was in the kitchen cooking. "Hey Liv." Nick said. "How did it go at the school?"

"Okay he won't tell me anything. He's suspended for two days." Olivia said.

"He will come around." Nick said.

"I'm going to go check on them." Amanda said as she went up the stairs.

"Are you going to tell her?" Nick asked.

"I want to but how do you tell someone you love like a sister that your into a woman who doesn't even know how you feel because she's in protective custody." Olivia sighed.

"Tell her please. She'll love you." Nick said as he stirred the pot.

Olivia took a seat. "I hope your right about this." Olivia sighed.

Amanda came back. "They are playing a game of cards and talking."

"Do you think he's telling her what happened?" Olivia asked.

"It's possible." Amanda said.

"There's something I need to tell you." Olivia said.

"Is everything okay?" Amanda asked.

"Can we talk someplace private?" Olivia asked.

"Sure. Nick let us know when dinner is ready." Amanda said as he walked out into the living room with Olivia behind her.

Amanda sat down on the couch and patted the cushion. Olivia took a seat. Her hands were sweating. Wiping them on her pants Olivia closed her eyes.

"So what did you want to tell me?" Amanda asked.

"The woman in the picture in my office." Olivia said.

"The beautiful blonde. Go on." Amanda said.

"She was my best friend. We worked together for years. Well something happened and she was taken away from me." Olivia sighed. "It's hard to talk about I have been keeping it hidden for years."

"Liv you can tell me anything." Amanda placed her hand on Olivia's thigh.

"I know I can but I never said the words out loud either." Olivia closed her eyes and took in a deep breath. "Her name is Alex Cabot. I am in love with her. It's the whole reason it's not working out with Tucker." Olivia exhaled and tears started to fall from her eyes.

Amanda pulled Olivia into a tight hug. "Why didn't you tell her?"

"I was afraid to lose her as a friend. She was attacked by someone and placed in protective custody. I never got the chance to tell her. I want to but I don't know where she is at now."

"Why did you keep this a secret?" Amanda asked.

"Because I thought it would do me good. I was happy with Tucker but it changed. I can't hide my feelings for Alex." Olivia said.

"Does anyone else know?" Amanda asked.

"Nick does only because he found a letter I wrote to her. I had it in my desk. Left it out one day and he say it. He convinced me to tell you. I didn't know what you would think or do." Olivia said. "I shouldn't have kept it a secret."

"Liv I love you. Nick loves you. Your our family." Amanda stood up and pulled Olivia into a hug.

"Dinner is ready." Nick said as he smiled from the doorway.

They went back into the kitchen and the kids came running down the stairs.
