Jesse soon pulled up to Noah's house. Getting out they headed inside. Avery grabbed his bags. Walking inside Olivia was sitting on the couch. She stood up as the kids walked in.

"Hi." Olivia said.

"Hey mom." Noah said. "This is Avery."

"Hi Avery." Olivia said.

"Hi." Avery smiled.

"I got to head out to work but you're more than welcome to help yourself to anything." Olivia smiled.

"Thanks ma'am. I really appreciate it." Avery said.

Olivia left. Noah got a call from Jackson.

"You two gonna be okay while I'm out?" Noah asked.

"Yes." Jesse smiled.

"Alright I will be back later." Noah said.

Noah heard the honk and ran out the door.

"So what do you wanna do?" Avery asked.

"Maybe I can make you dinner and we can watch a movie?" Jesse said.

"Sounds good." Avery smiled.

Jesse made dinner of hamburgers and French fries. She called Avery out to the kitchen when they were finished.

Sitting down Avery thought about how he wanted to tell Jesse he liked her.

"Jesse, this looks good." Avery said as he grabbed a plate.

Jesse smiled. "So does your mom know your here?"

"Yes, she knows I'm here just not here with you." Avery said.

"Oh shouldn't you tell her?" Jesse asked.

"I would but she.." Avery closed his eyes.

"What's wrong?" Jesse asked.

"I found a letter she wrote." Avery sighed.

"To?" Jesse asked.

"Noah's mom." Avery pulled out the crumpled up piece of paper. He slid it across the table.

"My dearest Liv,

I hope this letter finds you and all is well. I know I'm not suppose to have contact with you but since they caught the guy that was after me. I came across your picture in the paper. You look the same. I mean gorgeous. I got so much to tell you. I really wish I could see you. Liv I never got the chance to tell you. I love you.
Love, Alex." Jesse read it out loud. "Oh my God!"

Avery sighed. "I wasn't for sure if it was Noah's mom until I seen her. I'm freaking out because she doesn't know I took it. But she probably does now."

"We got to give this to Olivia. She needs to know." Jesse said.

"What about the wedding? What if I find a way to get my mom here?" Avery asked.

"That would be so romantic." Jesse smiled.

Finishing their dinner Jesse cleaned up their plates then they went to watch a movie together. Jesse sat down next to Avery. Her heart pounding as she looked at his blue eyes. "I'm really glad you came."

"Me too." Avery smiled.

He reached up and touched Jesse's cheek. Jesse leaned into his hand. Soft skin. "Can I kiss you?" Avery asked as he held his breath.

Jesse smiled as she nodded her head, yes.

Avery leaned into Jesse and kissed her softly on the lips. He didn't want to pull away but slowly did. Jesse touched his chest. Slowly she managed to pull away.

Jesse smiled him. "Would you want to meet my mom and dad?"

"I would be nervous about that, but if you want me to them I would be honored." Avery smiled.

"You mean that?" Jesse asked.

"Yes. I'm checking out the college tomorrow so maybe we can meet up for lunch somewhere." Avery said.

"That would be nice. Maybe I can give you a ride to the college." Jesse said.

"Well that would help so I didn't have to take a bus or get a cab." Avery said.

"Maybe I can talk to Aunt Olivia to see about spending the night. That wag we can get an early start." Jesse said.

"You sure she's going to be okay with that?" I asked.

"She should be on her way home so maybe we can ask her." Jesse said.

Olivia left the office. Sitting in her car she began to cry. Just something overcame her. That's when her phone rang and she looked down to see it read blocked number. She answered it.

"Hello?" Olivia said.

No answer.

"Alex is that you?" Olivia said in hopes she would say something back.

Just breathing.

"Alex if that's you please talk to me." Olivia frowned.

The phone clicked and the line went dead. Frowning Olivia pulled out of the space and headed home.

-----------

Alex hung up the phone and cried. Why was she doing this to her best friend? She wanted to say yes Liv it's me.
