Her Past

Chapter 4

Olivia pulled up at the school with Amanda.

"Do you think she had something to do with this?" Amanda asked as they walked towards the office.

"No I don't think so." Olivia said as they walked into the office.

"Olivia." Lyndsay perked up when she saw the detective. Once Lyndsay realized Olivia wasn't alone she frowned. "Is something wrong?"

"Your son Theo. He's been taken from his home." Amanda said softly.

"I knew Kat would let something like this happen with her damn parties." Lyndsay frowned.

"You know about the parties?" Olivia asked.

"It's the reason her and I broke up." Lyndsay frowned. "I hired someone to go there and scope the place out. But she caught on and kicked him out. I didn't want anything to happen to Theo which is why I had someone look in on her. Do you think she did something?" Lyndsay asked.

"We don't know for sure." Olivia said. "But we will find Theo."

"I know. Your good at your job." Lyndsay smiled at Olivia.

Olivia nodded her head and turned to walk out with Amanda following behind her. Just then Amanda's phone rang.

"Rollins." Amanda said as she listened. She nodded her head and closed the phone. "Liv they found a lead. They are following up on it now."

Later that night after finding Theo and returning him to Lyndsay. Olivia picked up Jesse and headed back to her place.

Noah perked up when Jesse walked in.

"Hey." He smiled.

"Hi." Jesse said.

"I'm going to order some pizza for dinner." Olivia said as she walked into the kitchen.

"Did you tell her?" Jesse asked.

"No." Noah said.

Olivia picked up the phone and called to get pizza. She wanted to ask Noah but didn't want him to know she was ease dropping. Placing the order she hung the phone up and went into the living room.

Jesse and Noah came out there and took a seat next to Olivia.

"Can I talk to you?" Noah asked.

Olivia smiled. "Sure can. Is everything okay?"

"Yeah. It's...."Noah stood up.

"Noah you can tell me anything." Olivia said trying to ease his mind.

"I know. I just don't think I'm ready." Noah frowned.

"Okay. You can tell me when your ready." Olivia smiled.

"You sure?" Noah asked.

"Positive." Olivia smiled.

The knock on the door interrupted them. Olivia stood up and went to the door. She opened it. A young man was standing there holding the pizza.

"That will be 21.75." He said.

Olivia pulled out her wallet and handed him the money. "Noah can you come here and help." Olivia said.

Noah came over and saw the young man. "Jackson." Noah smiled.

"Hi Noah." Jackson said as he handed the pizzas to him.

"Thanks." Noah smiled.

"You're welcome." Jackson smiled back.

Noah took the pizza to the kitchen.

"Ms. Benson?" Jackson said.

"Call me Olivia." Olivia smiled.

"Would it be okay if I stop by in like ten minutes so I can talk to Noah?" Jackson asked.

"Of course. We'll save you some pizza." Olivia smiled.

"Thanks." Jackson smiled.

"You're welcome." Olivia said.

Shutting the door Olivia went to the kitchen. Noah was talking with Jesse in a hush tone.

"Your friend Jackson will be stopping back. He wants to talk to you." Olivia said.

"Cool." Noah smiled.

Olivia got them plates. "Jackson seems nice."

"He's very nice. Oh and very cute." Jesse chimed in.

Olivia watched as Noah blushed. She figured out just what it was that Noah wanted to tell her. Smiling she took a bite of her pizza.

Time passed and the knock on the door made Noah jumped up out of his chair. "I got it." Noah said as he went to the door.

Soon Noah came back with Jackson in tow.

"Hey Jesse." Jackson said as he took a seat.

"Hi." Jesse said.

"Help yourself." Olivia smiled.

They all sat down eating and talking. After they finished Noah cleaned off the table and Jackson helped. Jesse went into the living room with Olivia to see if they could find a movie to watch.

Meanwhile in the kitchen Noah had his back against the counter as Jackson was pressed up against him.

"I'm going to miss you at school." Jackson said.

"I'm going to miss you too." Noah smiled.

Jackson reached up and touched Noah's cheek. Noah leaned into it. Jackson leaned forward and kissed Noah.

"You two want to watch a movie?" Olivia said as she came into the kitchen.

Jackson quickly pulled away. Noah started at Olivia.

"I should go." Jackson said.

"Jackson you don't have to leave. Maybe it's time I tell my secret." Olivia said. "Noah you didn't have to be afraid to tell me if anything you gave me the courage to tell you my secret and why it didn't work out with Tucker." Olivia smiled.

Jackson looked at Noah and smiled. Noah smiled back. They followed Olivia out to the living room where she sat down on the chair. Noah and Jackson sat down next to each other. Noah grabbed Jackson's hand. Jesse smiled.

"Mom, are you sure your okay with this? I remember you telling me about Babs." Noah said.

"Yes I'm cool with it. Let me tell you my secret." Olivia laughed.
