There are many points of view when you are narrating. I'll start off with my personal preference:
First Person Perspective - You'll be using pronouns such as "I, me, myself, etcetera". It is when the character from the story is telling their point of view.
Second Person Perspective - The pronouns would be "you, your". It is telling the story focused on you, as in the main character.
Third Person Perspective - The pronouns used would be "he, she, them, they, him, her, etcetera" and this has three different types of perspectives, objective, limited, and omniscient.
Objective - this tells the third person's story and can describe anything except the main character's thoughts for feelings.
Limited - this tells only the inner workings of one character with his/her thoughts and feelings through specific narration.
Omniscient - this tells more than one characters thoughts and feelings, it is all knowing.
