Chapter 21

After we stayed under the stars for a while, Niall took me home. Everyone was waiting at the door, and the girls started to squeal when they saw my ring. I was glad Niall was letting me have a fangirl moment with my girls. I never would have thought that I would marry Niall Horan, member of One Direction. If I hadn’t been going to get a dress, I never would have met him.

“Where is Juleka? I really missed my baby girl.” I asked, suddenly remembering I hadn’t seen her in a while.

“Oh, Liam took her to his house to let her sleep. It was way too late for her to be up, and he didn’t want her to wake up when you came home.” Grace smiles. Oh so that is where Liam went. I nodded and went to go tell Niall.

“Niall we need to go back to your place to get Jules.” Niall got the keys and we drove to the house.

“Hey. She wouldn’t fall asleep without you guys. So we’ve been watching Dora. I think it’s her favorite show.” Liam laughed quietly. I took Jules in my arms. Oh she’s so beautiful.

“Hey baby girl! It’s mommy!” I talk to her in a sweet little voice. Niall and I have been trying to get her to say her first word for a while, but she can only talk in words that don’t exactly exist.

“Jules, can you say mommy?” Niall tickles her tummy and she laughs.

“Mm. Mm. Mama!” Jules exclaims. Oh my god, my little girl said her first word! And it was ‘Mama’!

“She said mama! Emma, she said mama. She said her first word.” Niall hugs the two of us, and Juleka smiles.

“Mama mama mama!” She points at me and giggles. This is the best day ever! I got engaged to Niall, and our daughter said her first word, all in the same day.

“Let’s go home. Juleka needs to go to bed. It’s really late.” Niall wraps his arm around my waist, and he took me back to the girl’s house. I wonder if Niall and I are going to get our own house sometime. Niall sung Jules to sleep, and we fell asleep as well.

1 week later

Today we were going to pick out a wedding dress. We already planned the wedding, I just need a dress. The girls drove me to the dress store. We also took Jules, even though the boys offered to take care of here.

“What kind of dress were you looking for today miss?” The store worker asked me.

“I was thinking about a white, long dress with crystal beading, and strapless.” I replied, showing her a picture I found on the internet.

“We actually have that exact one. Follow me please.” The lady led me to a fitting room and I tried on the dress. When I walked out, everyone gasped.

“Do you guys like it?” I twirled around.

“Mommy pretty!” Jules called out.

“Aww. Well now I’m definitely getting this one.” I announced, and the girls clapped. We paid for the dress and it was sent to the tailors. When we got back home, I ran to ask Niall a really important question.
