Chapter 10

Liam’s POV

I ring the doorbell, worried about what would happen when fans saw me and Grace at the mini golf place. 

Katie opens the door.

“Oh hi Katie.”

“Hey Liam. Grace is almost ready.  Come on in.”

“Thanks, um Katie, can I tell you something?”

“Sure, what’s up?”

I pull her over to where no one can hear me.

“I’m nervous about what the fans are going to think about Grace and I together.”

“Oh, Liam it’s going to be fine.  Remember, you can always call a bodyguard if you need help.” Katie told me, and I felt a lot better.

Grace walks downstairs.

I have never seen someone as beautiful as her before.  Her hair looks perfect, her nails are done; she is just perfect.

“Let’s go play golf!” Grace said.

Katie’s POV

I have the house to myself for once, because Grace was with Liam, Emma with Niall, and Louis was going to ask Danielle out, so he took her to a beautiful lake.

I decided to watch a movie.

I skimmed over all of the DVD’s that we owned, and finally chose Legally Blond.

About halfway through the movie, I heard the front door open.

No one is supposed to come back until 10:00!

I grab the baseball bat that we keep in the closet, and snuck towards the door.

The second I see a dark, shadowy figure, I scream; ready to whack the person.

“Babe! Calm down, it’s just me!” I flick the lights on to see Harry with his arms over his head.

“What are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be with the boys?” I question.

“I’ll explain after you put the bat down.”

“Oh, sorry.” I set the bat back in the closet and we go sit on the couch.

“Legally Blond? Really, Katie? You were watching this?” Harry snickered.

“Yes, I was. It’s my favorite film.” I crossed my arms. “So, are you going to explain or not?”

“There really was nothing to do at the house, so I decided to visit a special girl.” Harry said, and then kissed my forehead.
