Chapter 9

When I got out and dressed, everyone was in bed, except Niall.

“What are you still doing up?” I asked him.

“Waiting for you. Where should I sleep?” He looked at me and I knew what he wanted to hear.

“You can sleep in my room if you want, just as long as you don’t steal the covers.”

“Yay!” He said.

I was always warm under my fuzzy blanket, but with Niall there it was a different warm. A nicer one.

I fell asleep to Niall singing something softly.

Niall is gone when I wake up, but he left me a note saying to call him later.

“Dani, where’s Grace? She’s not in her room.” I ask, starting to worry.

“Actually, for the first time ever she woke up early and went with Niall to see Liam.”

“Really? Wow!” I said, really surprised.

I poured myself cereal and ate.

Liam’s POV

Emma’s little sister Grace is really beautiful.

I don’t know what’s making me like this, but I finally get the courage to ask her out.

“Grace? Would you like to go mini golfing tonight?”

“Oh my- I mean, sure! I would love to!”

“Okay, we should go at 7. You will probably be with the girls, so I’ll pick you up at Emma’s.”

“Sure! Will you drive me to the house?”

“Okay.”

The drive there was silent, but Grace did occasionally look over and smile at me.

Grace’s POV

He actually asked me out! Liam Payne asked me out!

The second Liam pulled up in the driveway I hugged him and ran to go tell my sister.

“Oh my gosh, Gracie! I knew it! I knew he liked you! So what are you going to wear?” Emma said excitedly when I told her the news.

She let me go through her closet, and I picked out a grey sweater, flip flops, and jean shorts.

“Let’s get you ready for your date!” Emma said.
