The Only One (A Niall Horan Fanfiction)

Chapter 18

Danielle's POV

Gosh, I have a really bad headache! Ugh. I just need to get out of the house, and away from those chatty people. I walked down the street to the daycare that I work at. For some reason, even if I have a headache, kids always make me feel better. This is pretty weird because you would think that noisy kids would add to my headache, but they don't! I go in, seeing Barbara, the office assistant.

"Headache?" She asked me.

"You know me so well." I say.

"Yeah. Tommy's in there, and so is Sarah. They've been complaining about not seeing you all day." She points to the daycare room, so I head in.

"Miss Dani!" Tommy and Sarah scream, running over to me. They're twins and they're just so adorable.

"Hey guys! I missed you so much!" I hug them and they grin up at me. There aren't any other kids except them in the room. I walk over to the girl that owns the place.

"Hey Cass. I'm just here for a half hour, and then I'm gonna head back home. I needed to clear my head, so I thought, Hey why not go play with the twins!" I laughed.

"Dani, Dani! Will you play princess and prince with us?" Sarah asks me.

"I would love to, your majesty!" I tell her, and she pulls me over to the castle play set.

"I want more soup!" Tommy demanded for his prince character, and Sarah giggled. We played for about 25 minutes, until I told the twins I had to go.

"I'll be back soon!" I shout, walking out the door.

"Dani! There you are! I've been looking everywhere for you!" Someone shouts. I turn around to see Louis jogging up to me.

"Oh hey Lou. What's up?" I ask him.

"Where have you been? I got really worried!" Louis exclaims.

"Um. I went to see the kids at the daycare where I work. Gosh Lou, I was only gone for 30 minutes. Why so eager to see me?" I laugh.

"Uhh. I missed you?"

"Nice try. Now what did you want?"

"Just follow me." He said, and we walked back to the house. Emma was back, standing on the driveway with the rest of the girls. Louis told me to stay with them, and walked into the house.

"What the heck is going on?" Grace asked quietly.

"I don't know! Niall called and told me to tell Michael he can drop me back off here and go to his hotel." Emma says. The boys emerge from the house, all with big grins on their faces.

"Okay, can someone please explain what you guys are doing?" Katie asks.

"Sure. So do you guys know the band 5 Seconds of Summer?" Zayn questions.

"Know them! Know them! I love them! They're my favorite band after you guys!" Emma exclaims.

"Well that's good. What would you guys say if we told you, you could meet them?" Liam smiles.

"Oh." Katie says.

"My." Grace says.

"Flipping." Emma says.

"Pancakes." I finish.

"We can meet them? When?" We all scream together.

"Umm. Is now a good time?" Niall asks us, and Ashton, Calum, Luke, and Michael walk out of the house.

Harry's POV

As soon as the boys step outside, Katie, Grace, Emma, and Danielle start screaming and crying. It was actually quite funny to see them freak out like this. Once they calmed down, each girl looked at her boyfriend, as if she was asking permission to hug the 5 Seconds of Summer boys. I nodded, and so did Liam, Niall, and Louis. All four girls ran up to give the guys a big group hug. Again, they started freaking out again. I guess it will take them some time to get used to the fact that they have another famous band right in front of them.

Katie's POV

"So, how are you guys?" Luke asks us. None of the four of us said anything. We all were still completely shocked. My phone buzzed, but I ignored it. It buzzed again. And again. It buzzed about 200 times before I took it out of my pocket and looked at it. It was from Emma, saying OMG what are we gonna say?? I can't believe this!!!. I laughed.

"I'm good. What about you?" Grace spoke up. The other girls and I stared at Grace. She has never really been the brave one out of all of us.

"I'm great."

"So I was thinking maybe we could all head out to the park." Louis said, and we all walked to the park together. After spending the whole day with the boys and 5SOS, the girls and I were pretty tired. We crashed when we touched the beds.

Emma's POV

When I woke up, Niall was already up, which was weird considering that it was only 7.

"Good morning Gra- Oh come on guys!" I exclaimed when I walked into the kitchen, to see Liam and Grace making out.

"Good morning Emma!" The girls and the rest of the boys shout.

"Why is everyone up? It's so early!" I ask and they all chuckle.

"I honestly have no idea. What should we do tonight?" Zayn says.

"We should go to a club!" Harry suggests. We all nod. Nothing really happened the rest of the day. Danielle, Katie, Grace, and I got ready for the club about 2 hours before we left. I was wearing a new yellow dress with silver heels. Niall and I were the only ones that stayed sober. When we stumbled back to the house, we had a little more fun then we should have, if you know what I mean.

~~~~~A week later~~~~~

Oh my gosh. I think I'm going to be sick. It's 4 in the morning, and I run to the bathroom. I empty my stomach into the toilet.

"Emma! Are you okay?" Dani ran in, and when she saw me she gasps.

"Ugh. I don't feel good. Here we go again!" I manage to get out before I have to puke again.

"Emma, you've been sick for like 3 days. I don't understand what you've caught!" She exclaims. And then it dawns on me.

"Dani? You don't think I could be pregnant, do you?" I whisper. Danielle's eyes go wide.

"Hold on. I'm going to go get Katie to watch you while I go out to buy a test." She says, and I nod. Katie comes in, rubbing my arm, telling me that it'll be okay. I take the test, and we wait a few minutes.

Katie looks at the test, and starts squealing. Danielle grabs the test from her.

"Em. You're pregnant." She says in a hushed tone. Mother of potatoes!

"I'm going to be a mother!" I scream at the top of my lungs.
