The black woman.

Just those three powerful words can cause mayhem, she is known for an attitude, she is known for carrying the family on her shoulders, she is known for being the foundation to the earth and being birthed from the sun. So say it again.

The black woman.

Many copy but none accomplish, it is impossible for someone to copy the natural curve of her body, it is impossible to copy the natural full of her lips, it is impossible to copy the texture of her hair or the color of her skin, so say it again.

The black woman.

She carries earth on her back, like a back pack, she faces hatred all of her life, but that does not stop her from becoming the powerful spirit that she is and over time she becomes a powerful strong Black Queen like her ancestors that have passed. So say it again.

The black woman.

Black is beautiful, the black woman does not need to be mixed to be identified as beautiful, she does not need to have long hair to be identified as beautiful, she does not have to be a certain skin complexion to be identified as beautiful, because you see she is beautiful on her own. So say it again.

The black woman.

The foundation, the beauty, the natural, the beginning. Say it again.

The black woman

You shall never feel as though you are less, because you are not less, you're more than less, and you're more than more. You are the beginning to earth, you are the beginning to race. You are the black woman, you are the African woman, you are the strongest race of woman. So say it again.

The black woman.

Accept your race, empower your women, and know that black is beautiful, the black woman is a rare beauty and your history is powerful. Accept yourself, because the world might not except you, but your women do. We are sisters, not nemesis, we stand together, not against, and we stand for our men even though some might not stand for us. so say it...and never be ashamed to say it...
