My Life With The Donnelly Boys

Chapter Nine

The only people I talked to when I moved was Bailey, and Kendall. My mother didn't know because if she did she would've been furious since they were apart of my 'past' but I haven't talked to them in the past year since my mom got worse. I told them everything so they know all about her and what she's done.

"So your staying with the Donnelly's

huh?" Kendall asks wiggling her eyebrows.

Why do you say it like that?

"Oh come on! The Donnelly brothers are the hottest guys in school and your living with them!" Bailey exclaims.

Ew!  You both know I think of them as my own brothers! 

"Oh yea? What about Brayden?"

Bailey! I yell at her as I feel the heat rise on my cheeks.

The thing about me and Brayden is that we were kinda childhood sweethearts.

When we were five we shared our first kiss. It happened one day when we were kicking a ball around in his backyard and he accidentally kicked it and it hit me in the face, me being a little girl started crying dramatically and Brayden saw me holding my lip so he came over sat on the ground next to me and pulled me into his lap saying, "I'm sowwy addyy lemme kiss It better." Of course William walked out as he was kissing me and said "Ooh now you two are boyfriend and girlfriend! pointing at us laughing but we didn't care we just giggled.

When we were seven we thought it was time to get married, so our parents threw a little ceremony in the Donnellys backyard, I wore a white puffy dress and Brayden wore an adorable black tuxedo with a pink bowtie. My dad even walked me down the isle!

Brayden and I have always had a rare special undeniable connection towards each other.

Just as I'm about to scold Bailey for bringing up that subject. A very attractive boy walks up to me.

" Hey I'm Jared," he says simply and smirking.

Hey, I say smiling.

"Does the pretty lady have a name?"

Addy.

"Well, Addy, would you like to get a drink with me?"

I look around trying to see if I can spot any of the boys, when I don't I reply, sure!

The girls look at me with wide eyes nodding approvingly. I wink at them.

"So Addy, I'm guessing your not from around here?" Jared says.

And why do you say that?

"Well because I think I would've noticed someone as beautiful as you. This town isn't that big ya know" He says smiling.

I look away feeling myself blush.

I just moved back actually, I say taking a cup from Jared.

"Oh you lived here before?"

Yes I did, for ten years!

"That's cool at least you have friends here". Jared says nodded his head towards Bailey and Kendall.

Yea it makes it a lot easier!

"I bet! So Addy what are you doing tomorrow night? Jared asks confidently.

Before I can answer I hear my name being called from across the beach.

Oh shit. I whisper.

"ADDISON ROSE WITTER!"

I am so dead.

Oh hi Jakey I say as sweetly as possible.

"Jared, off limits". Jacob says slowly through clinched teeth venom pouring out.

He's actually kind of scaring me.

"Bro I called dibs already". Jared says causing me stare at him with disgust. What am I a piece of meat?

Excuse me? I say to Jared who seemed to forgot I was here.

"I didn't mean it like that baby". He says walking towards me.

"Jared, I'm not going to tell you again. Walk away before you regret it."

"Whatever, she looks like a sl*t  anyway."

"Excuse me?" I hear another voice behind me say. "Would you like to repeat what you just said?"

Oh God. When did Logan get here!? when I turn around expecting to see just him, I also see Lucas And Brayden looking like they wanna murder somebody.

"This proves my point right here, she must be easy if she has all of you wrapped around her finger." Jared says.

What the hell did I do to this guy?

Before I can even blink I see Lucas hovering over Jared hitting him.
