Ladybug x fem!reader
You were sitting in class trying to get your work done. You sat in the back of the room because your eyes could focus better that way. You looked down and readjusted your belt buckle. It was a white hour glass shape. You kept it super close to you, because that was what helped you transform. You were Araignée, Paris's spider hero. Ladybug, Chat Noir, and you were Paris's hero trio. You wished you knew who Ladybug really was. You'd become very fond of her ever since you showed up while they were fighting an akuma. She was skeptical of you at first, but know you consider her one of your closest friends. It was 10:30 in Science Class, just before lunch break. You saw ladybug fly past the window, and knowing her, she wasn't just out for a stroll.
"Miss, may I go to the bathroom?"
You got up and walked nonchalantly to the door, but once you were out of class you sprinted to the bathroom.
"Poppy, fangs out!" You called to your kwami. In a flash, you were Araignée. Your belt buckle was now bright red like the symbol on the back of a black widow, an your normal belt had now transformed into a utility belt holding your spider webbing and your whip.
You swung out through the open ceiling of the school. You chased after ladybug and saw chat our was on the rooftops doing the same.
"Chat Noir, catch!" You say as you throw yourself from your position in the air to his arms. "Gotcha!" You land in his arms and then the both of you begin running again.
"I don't see any akumitized victims at the moment, so I have no idea what she is doing!" You shout.
Chat then stopped and put his arm out to stop you.
"That's because it isn't her, she hasn't notified either of us, has she?"
"No,she hasn't." You thought about what akumitized victims from the past could have done this, none of them could cause illusions, except one.
"Chat Noir, it's Volpina!"
Chat looks at you in terror.
You were overcome with rage, you couldn't believe someone would lure you in with a fake ladybug.
"Oooh, Hawkmoth is gonna Pay for this!"
You jumped up from your spot and followed Volpina to the Eiffel Tower. You followed her up to the top, where you saw something you never wanted to see.
Lady bug was tied up on the top of the tower!
You felt like you were gonna cry, you didn't know what to do.
Volpina then yelled down and demanded that you give your miraculous to her in exchange for ladybug.
You realized how much you cared about her, maybe even loved her, and you couldn't let her normal self be revealed.
But you didn't care about yours, you cared about her.
You reached for your belt buckle, about to remove it when you heard Chat shout to you.
"Araignée, you can't just give in! We can do this, ladybug is strong, she can help us and we'll get her out!"
You didn't know what to do but cry. But you knew you had to hold tight and do this. For ladybug.
You and Chat attacked from the sides while ladybug did her best to keep Volpina focused on her.
After a painstakingly long hour, you finally managed to get the akuma from Volpina. But the ropes holding ladybug had become loose.you hurried and caught her. She looked you strange and asked why you were crying.
You hadn't realized you were crying. She wiped away your tears and gave you a kiss. You were too stunned to do anything but smile
