CHAPTER ONE
"So, I guess this is it then."
"I guess so."
"What do we do now?" He asked
"Hang up I guess"
"Wow" he said, "this is really happening." He sighed. "Goodbye Dami. I love you."
Before I could reply, he hung up. I sat there in the dark trying not to cry and into the now silent phone, I whispered, "I love you too Dayo. More than you could ever imagine."
I held the phone close for a few minutes, fighting back the tears. This wasn't supposed to happen. My eyes began to fill with tears and this time, I didn't fight
