I’m watching Emeli on the security camera’s all day, she’s has not eaten once all day and is just sitting in the dark in the living room.  she looks so sad, I’m sad too and angry, I want to know why she is here though. I get up and go to the kitchen she loves apple pie and cookie and cream ice cream I knock on the door. she answered it, “you haven’t eaten all day” I said. she just looked into my eyes and moved out the way for me to come in.  I put the food down on the table.  She sits down in the chair I sit down on the bed. She looks really sad, and tired. I just look in her eyes I feel my feelings go away and I feel her pain. “I missed you” I said. “I missed you” she said with all the energy left in her. “you broke my heart” I said. “I know” she said wiping her tears. “on a scale of one to ten how in love were you” I asked? “you can’t put being in love on a scale, either you are or you aren’t, but I love you I’m in love with you” she said. “you left” I said. “because I had to, I had no other chose and I wish I could tell you why but I can’t ”she said. “you know I loved you on purpose”   I said she looked shock.

 “on purpose” she repeated. “yes you made me happy and even though as a man I was scared I still pushed and pushed to let myself fall for you” I said. “and you think I didn’t push myself either” she said. “what made you come here” I asked? “I’m done with Marko and I mean it” she said crying. “what did it for you” I asked?  She looked at me and with her eyes I felt the pain of her soul. “I picked out names, I did the whole nine it was going to be a boy and a girl twins I was excited I was happy even under the circumstances” she said that and she just started crying.  I get up and wipe her tears. I kiss her.

We started making out then she pushed me off. “we can’t do this, it’s to confusing” she said. “your my wife right let’s just let what’s going to happen, happen then we ill deal” I said then picked her up. she held on tight. “I love you” I whispered into her ear. We did sleep with each other. then she ate her apple pie and ice cream. I didn’t sleep that night I was think a lot. When she woke up she stared at me and smile, and I can’t do this I can’t be with her. “Emeli we can’t do this” I said. “what do you mean” she asked? “ I can’t be with you your not going to like me” I said. “I love you” she said. “you run, you’re a runner” I said.

“I didn’t run Marko threatened to kill Alexandria if I didn’t go back to him and I- I guarantee you someone that is around her right now works for him, I chose to protect my daughter remember she’s mine too Alex, and you said if I leave you I have know connection with Alexandria I chose my family so I’m not a runner I don’t run” she said. she’s getting angry. “you know what Alex your right, your right” she said. that’s not what I wanted to hear. “I can’t put my love on the line I need to know my heart is safe with you” alexander “ I think we are reading way into this” she added.

 “the day I hear you on the radio singing is the day I know you found yourself but we are too damaged you are too damaged for me until then we can’t be anything” I said. she looked at me with such hate.  We shouldn’t have slept together because I was still angry with her. “damaged, huh damaged” she whispered.  She gets up and kisses me for a long time. Then she slips her wedding ring in my hand and leaves.
