I shook my head sticki out my finger for petey,"come on petey."he jumped on my finger and I took him back to his cage. After he go in I gave him a broken up cracker in his food dish.

"I don't know if I should be jealous of petey or not." I heard leland laugh as he saw us come into the living room.
Petey was on my shoulder dancing as always
Leland was watching some kind of game on tv.
"Don't be jealous.not his fault he's a handsome bird that gets the ladies." I replied sticking my tounge out.
"Lelands jealous of a bird." I teased I put petey on his little perch by the chair,he doesn't fly away he always stay by me like a dog would.
"I am not." he replied pulling me down by my waist,making me sit on his lap.
I laughed,shaking my head,"I swear your something else."
"I'm once in a lifetime."
"Alright Mr cocky attitude." I teased back Rolling my eyes.
"But you love me." he replied lightly kissing my neck
I sighed," that I do Mr Chapman you and your child side."
I could feel him kiss the spot between my shoulder and my neck,he knows that's my weak spot, "Leland Blane Chapman, enough." I said trying to sound mad,which was hard to do around Leland. And he knows that, he even tries to pull the puppy dog eyes on me which 99% of the time work on me. The other boys try it but it only works when Leland does it.
"Now were on to full name calling now?" Leland teases still kissing my neck.
"I mean it Leland." I said getting get up. He grabbed me,gently, by my waist and pulling me back down
"Terri Marie Johnson." I suddenly froze scared
No body called me by my full name before the bastard did.
Leland must have sensed my sudden mood change,"Terri look at me it's ok."
"I'm fine. Sorry just a flashback really I'm fine."
'Disco boogie' Petey said dancing in the corner on his perch
"You are something else petey." I laughed
"So are you, ter so are you." Leland laughed
