Just like any normal day I was in my apartment planning my next heist. On my walls were the plans to most of the heists I had already done. Normal people have paintings of pictures on their walls but I'm not a normal person, I'm a criminal. And it's not like anyone is ever going to see it. I do have friends but they would never come to my place. All of my friends think that I'm just a barista with a really busy life. They would never suspect that I'm the one criminal that everyone is searching. When I was 18 I finally got a normal job as a barista at Jitters but I couldn't just stop stealing, I loved the feeling I got from it.
My next heist is a well-known bank in Hub City. It is a really long way to go just to steal some money, but this wasn't just about the money. This was about revenge, this was the bank that covered the life insurance of my family. When my brother died, they found a way of not paying anything so when I found which bank it was about a year ago I started planning everything to the second.
After about 1 hour of planning the rest of my heist I noticed it was time to go to my day job. I got dressed in the girly clothes I had. During the day I am really girly but when I turn into my criminal self, I have a completely different style so no one can see who it is. That's one of the reasons no cop was ever able to arrest me.

When I was finally ready I got in my car and started driving to my job where my normal life best friend awaited me. I met Iris on my very first day and we became friends quite rapidly. After a while of being friends I was invited for diner, where I met Joe and Barry. I was a bit apprehensive to meet them, after all they were cops and were trained to know when someone is laying.
"Good morning Kyls." That was the first thing that I heard when I stepped foot inside Jitters. Iris always seems to be happy.
"Good morning Iris. How was your weekend?" I asked the darker girl seeing as she had the weekend off. Iris told me all about her weekend and what was going on at home while we both waited for a customer to come inside. I only started at 2 p.m. which is a really slow time for the coffee shop. Iris would, most of the time, open up and would stay until 3 p.m. but this is only during her school vacations. I was trusted with closing the shop, which I didn't mind at all seeing as Jitters closed at 7 p.m.
The whole day all I could think about was how close I was to getting the first part of my revenge. All my thinking made not pay attention and when I finally looked up from the ground I could see Barry right in front of me.
"Were you saying anything?" I asked my friend with an apologetic look.
"Yeah, I was asking if you were coming tonight?" Barry asked but after I gave him a confused look, he understood that I didn't know what he was talking about. "Star Labs? The particle accelerator is being turned on. It's going to be the best thing ever to have happened in history." Barry said super excited. As you can see Barry is the super nerd which is really adorable.
"Oh, sorry. I won't be able to go. I have to close up and then I'm going to have diner with my mother." I said, having diner with my mother is the excuse I give my friends most of the time. It's not that I had a specific place I needed to be tonight, but I still have a lot to do for the heist that is in less than a week.
"It's okay. It would be so much fun if you came but you already had plans so it's cool." Barry said a bit disappointed.
"If I have some extra time I'll meet you there but I can't promise anything." I knew I wasn't going to show up but I couldn't bear seeing him so sad. After all, he is just like a puppy.
After that, Barry left a little happier and I got back to making coffees and serving customers the day actually went pretty fast. On the news all they could talk about was the particle accelerator and all the good it would do.
When my working day was over, a little before the particle would be turned on, I decide to take a walk. This is something I do when I think too much about my brother's death.
Somehow I found myself walking right next to a river. The sound of water always seemed to calm my thoughts. That was until I saw something weird coming from Star Labs. It was like there was a wave of electricity coming towards me and the next thing I know, I'm underwater.
