Just a collection of niggling queries I have about the original books written by J.K Rowling

I love her books though! This is not criticising her work as I have the utmost respect for her, I'm just wondering.

How does Oliver Wood wake up the female Quidditch players so early - when he starts calling early practises before breakfast as he's anxious, for example - when boys can't get up the girls staircase?

He has to personally come and shake Harry awake, and I doubt the girls could be any better.
