philosophers stone again - if Madam Pomfrey did fix Nevilles arm 'in about a minute' as he said (we have no reason to disbelieve him, throughout the books we are told she can fix broken bones easily) then why did he never turn up for dinner, let alone take until everyone is inside the common room to curl up outside having forgotten the password? Surely he could have wandered up and in with other people in the time frame of at least an hour or two after the lesson but before bed, even if he didn't want dinner?
Harry says that Neville wasn't back from the hospital wing when they all returned to the common room - page 115 - so what was Madame Pomfrey doing keeping him in for so long?
