Stiles POV
What the hell, his mate? "What the hell does that even mean?" I asked him.
" Basically, it means that the werewolf spirits put our souls together, somehow they thought that we'd be a good match. "
" So, it's like cupid shooting people in the butts with an arrow?"
" Pretty much but they decided that we were destined to be together sinse we were born. "
" So, before we even met?"
" Yep, destiny brought us together through Scott. Even if Scott wasn't a werewolf, somehow we would've met; maybe at a super market or something, it's impossible for mates to not meet eventually."
" So, we were meant to fall in love eventually?"
" Yep pretty much. But there has been a few cases that one of the mates refuse it. But they usually end up giving in."
" But until today, the only emotion that you've ever shown me was hate. What does that mean?"
" That's only because I didn't know for sure, and I didn't want all hell to break lose if I tried to see if you were my mate. That's not how I actually felt though. Now that you know though, would you like to, I don't know, go out to dinner with me tomorrow?"
