I vagaully remebered how I got here, I think Jagger may have carried me, but somehow I was in Moore's living room. I was wrapped in a blanket and I could see Jagger sitting at he end of the couch, his face scrunched up in thought.

"We need to go check the perimeter, make sure nobodys lurking around," Darian said as he walked in. I couldn't be left alone, not this soon.

As Jagger walked past me to leave I grabbed his pant leg, stopping him from leaving. He looked down at me and I gave him the best pleading eyes I could, "Stay," I managed to croak.

He looked at me, then Darian. Sharing that same stupid silent conversation thing. Without a word Darian left and Jagger sat down beside me. "You hungey?" He asked me.

I shook my head no and brought my knees to my chest, only to realize I was still in the dress. Jagger pretended not to notice that I had just flashed him, I mumbled an apology. Wordlessly he got up and walked out of the room, only seconds later he was at my side, which caused me to scream.

"Sorry," He murmered while handing me some clothes. "The bathrooms over there,"

I shook my head back and forth enough to give me whiplash. "Okay, okay, I'll just turn around." He said with an amused expression on his face.

These were definetly Jagger's clothes, the T-shirt was huge and so were the sweats. "I'm good," I said. Jagger turned around and studied me in his clothes.

The clock chimed 11 and I was reminded of my curfew.

"Jagger you have to take me home," I urgently said.

"Oh crap your curfew, I can't." He said while rubbing a hand through his hair.

"Why?"

"Cuz if something is still out there they could follow us back to your house. They can't know where you live!"

Oh crap. Just then Jagger's family came back with a report, "We can't sense anything nearby, but we think Tempest should stay overnight," Darian said.

"I can't, I have a curfew." I said. "He would never let me out of the house again if I'm to late,"

"Okay, we'll stay nearby while you drive her Jagger," Darian said as they were all gone in a flash except Jagger.

He got me in his car and drove like a bat out of hell. "Slow down!" I said as I held onto my seat.

"I'm a vampire, faster reflexes," He explained. I was still worried we'd crash. As we pulled onto my street he slowed right down.

Right before I opened the door I said, "My dress!"

"Don't worry," He murmered as my dad swung open the door.

"Why are you in different clothes!" My dad said dragging me in the house prepared to fight Jagger.

"Mr. Rose. Your daughter here got sick part way through the dance. I took her back to my house and let her change clothes and take medicene. But she's fine now, aren't you Tempest?" Jagger asked while looking at me. I couldn't believe how easily he'd lied to my dad.

"Uh... yea... perfect!" I stammered.

Dad looked from Jagger to me then back to Jagger. He was smart not to believe this, I felt like he needed an extra push so I focused on him. "Believe Jagger's story, believe Jagger's story."

I repeated this in my head until I heard Dad sigh, "Alright, thank you for taking care of her, but next time bring her home."

"Goodnight Jagger," I said politely.

"Goodnight Tempest," He mocked and right before the door closed he winked at me. I hoped dad didn't see that.

"How was your night?" Dad asked while sitting down ready to watch TV.

"I'm really tired, I think I'll go to bed," I said as an excuse.

I ran up to my room, still exteremly tired from all the magic I did. At least I didn't pass out! I didn't bother to turn on my light and just collapsed onto my bed. I was just about asleep when I heard knocking on my window. I opened one eye and saw a figure standing outside of it. I held in my scream and scrambled off the bed. This was not good!
