I sat on the beach, hugging my legs to my chest. I hadn't gotten much sleep last night. Between the drinking until 4am and Niall, my mind just wouldn't let me. I'm sure i'm still drunk. It's only 6:46am, the sun was just beginning to rise. I hadn't talked to Louis yet about last night, i figured i would wait till we were all sober. I let out a sigh, looking down at my hand. I smiled, running my fingers over the opal of my ring. I know what you're wanting me to say. That my heart is torn. That deep down i still love Niall and i don't know who to pick anymore and i don't think i can marry Louis anymore. I know that's what you want.

"There you are" Harry smiled, sitting beside me. "What are you doing down here?" He asked, running a hand through his knotted hair. "Thinking" I mumbled, leaning my chin on my arms, "What are you doing up anyway, you went to bed like an hour ago" i turned my head slightly, looking at him. "Actually, i went to bed at 2, the rest of the boys went to bed an hour ago" He chuckled, shaking his head. "What were you and Niall talking about last night?" He asked, digging his feet into the sand. I looked out at the rising sun, sighing.

"Niall told me that Louis and i shouldn't be together and that he still loves me and he wants me back" I blurted out, closing my eyes. "What?" he asked, "what did you say?". I lifted my head, looking at him, "I told im he couldn't do this to me. Not now. I told him i was going to marry Louis" I shrugged. He nodded slowly, looking out at the slow rising sun and the waves crashing on the sand. "And that's what you're going to do?" He said, nodding. "Is that a question or a statement?' I asked, tilting my head slightly. "That's for you to decide" He stood up, making his way back up to the house.

I sat on the bench until the sun had fully risen and the sky had gone from red to blue. I slowly made my way back up to the house, smiling at Harry, who swam in the pool, as i made my way into the house. The house was silent, the other boys still fast asleep. I grabbed myself a glass of water, making my way up the stairs. I quietly walked into the bedroom, placing the cup of water on the side table. I sat on the bed, running a hand through my hair. I let out a small gasp as Louis' arm wrapped around my waist, pulling me down into him. "Sleep" He mumbled into my hair, pulling me tighter into him. I let out a small chuckle, placing my hand on top of his, closing my eyes.

"Are you fucking kidding me" the voice boomed through the house, waking me up. I slowly sat up, looking around confused. "Fuck you" the voice boomed once more. I looked beside me, the bed empty. I rubbed my eyes, making my way out onto the balcony. "You don't fucking deserve her" Niall yelled. I looked down towards the pool, all five of the boys stood in a circle. "You don't fucking deserve her" Louis yelled back, taking a step forward. "She was mine first" Niall yelled, pointing up towards the balcony. I took a quick step back, making sure not to be seen by any of the boys.

"You fucked that up. You cheated on her. You chose her best friend over her and then you tried to come crawling back" Louis scoffed. "You enjoying my sloppy seconds?" Niall's words stung. I sat on the chair, pulling my legs to my chest, listening as they continued to argue. "She's marrying me. She said yes to me" Louis' voice broke, like he was trying to reassure himself that i, in fact, had chosen him. "She said yes to me first" Niall's words caused a silence i didn't like.

"Niall, mate" I barely heard Zayn's voice, "Stop. It's over". I heard the shuffling of footsteps, i'm guessing they all walked away. Or so i thought. "What does that mean?" Louis' voice broke once more. "She didn't tell you? We were engaged before i went to Australia." Niall's voice sounded smug, like he knew he'd won. "She said yes to me first" he repeated. And then heard the sound of skin hitting skin. I stood up, just in time to see Louis' standing there with his fists clenched and Niall on the ground, holding his face.

I walked downstairs, into the kitchen. I grabbed a tea towel, filling it with ice. I walked outside, grabbing Louis' hand without a word, walking him down towards the beach. I held his hand in mine, resting it on my knee, placing the tea towel on his knuckles as we sat down. "Why didn't you tell me?" he whispered, his eyes burning into the back of my head. "I don't know. It hurt. He told me we couldn't tell anyone for a while because he wasn't certain of our future." I half whispered, looking down at his hand. His knuckles were red and slightly swollen. I lightly ran my thumb across them, moving the tea towel slightly to cover where i had just touched. Louis wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling my closer, resting his chin on my shoulder. "I want to tell the world" Louis whispered.

I know what you're wanting me to say. That my heart is torn. That deep down i still love Niall and i don't know who to pick anymore and i don't think i can marry Louis anymore. I know that's what you want. But that's what you want. And i know what i want. I do still love Niall deep down, i always will. He was my first love. But i want to marry Louis. I want to be with him. He is my new love. My now love.
