As Blake and I were leaving the skate park to go back to his house, we stumbled across the person that I wasn't intending on seeing for a while, Chris. Blake and I were holding hands, and as we passed Chris, I gave him a small smile. He looked at me, then Blake and I's intertwined hands and then at the ground, looking a bit hurt. I wish I could've given Chris a chance again, but he should've asked me sooner than when he did.
"Uh, Blake, I'm not feeling to well, I think I might just go home." I say to him. "Are you sure? Do you want me to walk you home?" He says with a worried look. "Yeah, I'll be fine." I say. I give him a hug and walk in the opposite direction. I was feeling fine, but I needed to talk to Chris. I didn't know what I was going to say, but I'd think of something once I was face to face with him.
I could see Chris in the distance so I jogged a bit to get closer to him. He was walking in the direction of the skatepark, but he didn't have a skateboard with him which I found odd. "Chr-." As I start to say his name, he walks up to a girl and gives her a big hug and a kiss. That's when I was broken. I knew I shouldn't have felt this way since I'm with someone, but when you see someone you're not sure if you still have feelings for kiss someone, it's truly breaks your heart.
I decided to text him instead once I got home, about maybe catching up or something, but I don't know how Blake would react.
Chris' POV:
When I passed Bailee, I was shocked. I don't know why because she clearly stated that she was in a relationship and I had to move on, but I was hurt. As I kept walking from what just happened, and as I kept replaying that scene in my mind, I heard familiar footsteps behind me. I got out my phone and got out the camera in selfie mode. I put my phone up so i could see who was behind me and it was Bailee.
Something happened to me at that moment. As I got to the skatepark, I was meeting a friend of mine (a girl but not Lara), and decided to make Bailee hurt and shocked like I was. As I walked up to Gemma, I told her that I was going to kiss her to make Bailee jealous. I grabbed and hugged her as usual, then kissed her. I felt Bailee's presence. After a few seconds, I turned around and Bailee was gone.
