We were walking down the hallway to the cafeteria when Evan pushed me playfully. I almost dropped my lunch. We all laughed. Finally we reached the cafeteria. We sat in the normal spot we sit at and began to eat.
"Hey y/n." Evan said.
"Yes?" I said. Suddenly there was a puddle of Powerade on the table.
"Evan!" I exclaimed. He laughed causing me to laugh as well. I'll admit it. I've had a crush on him ever since third grade. Yeah I know him that long. Along with my brother Craig and the others. Lui was all ready dating someone who her and I are best friends, Melissa. The other twats can't get themselves a girlfriend either. look I wanted to be in the book alright? Leave me alone. They are such a cute couple. Something that I wish Evan and I had.
"Y/n! Did you hear me? Clean that up right now!" Principal Meyers said. I wasn't even going to argue. I got the paper towels and started to clean.
"Dang y/n with that type of cleaning skill you'll be hired as a maid!" Evan said causing everyone to laugh. I playfully rolled my eyes.

And that was sophomore year for me, which was ten years ago. Here I am. A maid for Evan. It's not that bad though I get a lot of hours of, like only seven off. They don't treat me like shit but they do tease me. I'm not the only maid here because Melissa is here to help me. I also don't need to wear an ugly maid outfit I can just wear my normal clothing. They gave me a room and feed me well, whenever I'm not cooking for sure. But yeah it's a fun job. I've been doing this for about 4 years now it's great.
"Maid." Marcel joked and chuckled a little bit. I laughed and continued mopping the floor. They tease me and Melissa for being maids but we know they're joking. We tease them back as well. And I'll admit it again, I still have a crush on Evan. The only person who knows is Melissa. Maybe I'll be able to admit it to him. Who am I kidding? I moved on to the next cleaning chore on the list.
