When we got home mostly everyone went to bed. Melissa, y/n and everyone else. Everyone except Craig. I took another swig of my whiskey.
"You know it's not healthy to drink too much in one night." Craig pointed out.
"I know I know." I said. Craig shrugged. I knew I was going to go to bed soon. I could lie next to y/n. Sweet sweet y/n.

"Fuck why can't I tell her tomorrow? Or anytime? Damn it Evan. I get so jealous the stupid stuff. Jonathan with her or Karl kissing my girl! Damn it." I said to myself.
"Fuck, why is it so bright down here?" A voice asked.
"I don't know. Who are you?" I asked chugging the rest of the whiskey.
"Y/n? Evan are you drunk?" She said.
"Hell no. I promised you that I wouldn't." I said.
"How many?" She asked sternly.
"Four." I said.
"Bottles or glasses?" She asked.
"Glasses." I responded. She nodded.
"Shouldn't you be in bed?" I asked.
"During this time I contemplate life." She said.
"Well you can talk to me about it." I said. She nodded and walked over to me and leaned on the couch with me.
"Do you ever think, that one day, I'll find someone?" She asked.
"Yeah. You're beautiful. Any guy would kill to be with you." I responded.
"Really?" She asked.
"Yeah. Here let me show you something. Follow me." I said. I walked off holding hand. I walked to the grassy hill in the backyard. I sat down and lied in the grass while she did the same.
"You see, the darkest nights make the brightest stars. And every seven stars represents a human. For the lonely ones they represent more. You think you're lonely but you haven't waited that much. Hear me?" I said. She nodded.
"And a star is millions of yards away. For you to find someone it would take about that much. But not really." I said. She smiled at the sky.
"I remember Craig would take me on long night walks and we would point out the sky. We'd always stay up late to see the sunrise. I love sunrises." Y/n said. I smiled.
"Well it's 2:30 a.m, we could wait here for another few hours." I said.
"Let's do it." She smiled. I smiled back and started to talk to her more about the stars.
"And you see zodiac signs come from stars, you see the shape of it and you find yours. Melissa is a Leo so a lion shaped one. I'm a z/s so you'll find one shaped like z/a. You're a Gemini so you'll find twins." Y/n explained. I listened to every word. She's very smart.
"Evan why did you offer me to sleep with you?" She asked.
"I didn't want you to sleep on the couch. So I offered." I said. She nodded. I checked the time. 5:36 a.m and the sun is rising. I smiled and looked at y/n who was buried into my side sleeping. I placed my head on top of hers and slowly drifted to sleep. With the girl I love in my arms.
