"Before you go, there's one thing you oughta know; If you can't hang then there's the door baby"

"I can't believe we had to spend most of the day babysitting!" Keiji cried out as we all were walking aimlessly, just having completed said mission. "Like come on, what ninja babysits for a mission?!"

My eye twitched, thinking about the last four hours we spent with the bratty five year old. I either wanted to kill him or kill myself, it was that unbearable. "I can't stress enough how much I hate kids. I swear I'm never having them."

Haru chuckled beside us. "Well, it is a D ranked mission after all."

"A mission suited perfectly for you, Keiji. It's not like you do anything anyway." Mamoru said, flipping his jet black hair out of his golden eyes.

Keiji's eyes turned white as he raised a fist at Mamoru. "I don't do anything huh, Cat?! Let's see about it now!"

I spun around, grabbing Keiji by the collar of his ridiculous yellow shirt and pulled him to my face. "You won't fight anyone else on our missions or in training but you'd call out Mamoru? I'd like to see you try it." I growled glaring into the depths of his soul.

He blanched at that, raising his hands in surrender and laughing nervously. "I was completely joking..."

Suzu sighed coming up behind us. "I don't know what's with you four. Two of you can fix your teamwork only for the others to fall apart."

I rolled my eyes and shoved Keiji. "Ask him."

"What's that supposed to mean, huh?" Keiji questioned after he steadied himself from falling.

I glared at him crossing my arms. Is he really asking me such a dumb question? "Mamoru's right, you haven't done anything on our missions and you suck at training, all of us always beat you in sparring. I seriously wonder how you became a Genin."

There was a distant cry of a bird above us, making us all look up at it. A hawk? Maybe a falcon?

"Well, anyway, that's it for today. I'm gonna file my report on this mission, I'll find you four another time." With that, Suzu suddenly disappeared into a puddle of water making us all stare at it in confusion.

I walked over to the puddle and stepped on it. "What was that?"

Keiji out of nowhere freaked out. "Don't step on it! What if Sensei is still there?!"

I turned my head to him slowly with a flat face. "Why would Suzu-sensei just turn into a puddle and stay as a puddle?" Actually, why would anyone stay as a puddle? It's a hard life. People always stepping through you, animals drink from you, maybe some people would put it in a bottle. There's no good reason to be a puddle.

"Why not?" Keiji asked making me sigh in frustration.

"Keiji, I literally just went over the list in my head why not."

"They must be having a meeting." Haru spoke up, still looking at the sky in thought.

"A meeting? Who?" Keiji asked, tilting his head.

"The Hokage must have called the Jonin together to have a meeting." Haru answered.

Keiji peered at him suspiciously and took a step towards Haru. "Yeah? How do you know that?"

I rolled my eyes. "Cause unlike you, Haru knows his shit." I told the redhead, clonking him to the ground.

Mamoru shook his head at the boy on the ground while Haru was still staring up at the falcon... Hawk... Bird in the sky. I opened my mouth to speak when something weird caught my eye. A small box, poorly disguised as a rock, walked past us to the left.
