Across town in a small home a girl by the name of Bella Amore-Meravigliosamente, at the age of 18 must find a job to help her wounded father and ailing mother. In search of a job and fast Bella leaves her home and travels across town to where she heard of a few job openings. By the time she gotten there they were already filled. On the way home she decided to get some meat from the butcher for tonight's dinner, when coming to the shop Bella seen a help wanted sign. Happy and hoping that it to still be available she went inside quickly.

"I had put that sign up todays ago. You're the first to come in asking about the job," said Leo when Bella had told him all that she was here for.

"Well I need a job and will work any hours in order to do so," Bella had said.

"Could you start tomorrow," asked Leo, while gathering the meat ordered.

"Yes, I can. I need the money, my mom's ill and dad's wounded to were he can't work a lot."

"Great, there is just one rule you must follow," Leo said while wrapping up the meat and handing it over to her.

"What's the rule," Bella asked grabbing the package and heading for the door.

"My son, he's 20 and he works in the back with me. You must never go back there or up into my apartment when I'm not down here. In case you need help or a question of concern. Line one is to the back and line two is for my home. I will tell you where I'll be when I leave the front of the store to you. Is that understood and okay with you," Leo had said walking her out.

"Understood, may I ask why and what do I do if he comes out this way? To the front I mean." Bella asks while on the street in front of the butcher shop.

"He will not, for he is to ashamed of what happened to him when he was sixteen. He lost hope of anyone loving him." Leo said, bidding her goodbye.

"Why is there going to be a girl working here Leo," asked Adelric, once Leo had shut the door and walked into the back. Leo had known that Adelric was listening and watching, for he may have shut himself from the world it didn't mean that Adelric didn't want to see or here what it going on around him.

"I need someone to help upfront that way I can be back here from time to time and even have days off. Son, i'm getting old and before I had to flee with you let's not forget I have worked for your father and mother. As you know she is not aloud where you work or in our home above the shop. I care for you as if you were my own son and not just my friend and King's heir," Leo said getting to work on cutting up some meat for display.

"Tell me about my parents again please Leo," Adelric asks joining Leo in the cutting of meat. "I know you tell me all the time, but I never get tired of hearing it."

"And I never get tired of telling you," Leo smiled and started to tell of how the king and Queen had met, their building love and even of their death and the curse placed upon him.

"I'll never lift this curse not unless I look for a girl who is blind and will never see," Adelric said putting the last of the meat on the shelf that way it can be put out front tomorrow before heading up to his room. "See you tomorrow Leo have a good rest."

"Goodnight my Prince, sleep well."
