The Show [Amourshipping]

Ready..... BEGIN!

     Ash was still shocked this was happening. He had been just lazily eating snacks, and then BOOM, he gets to meet Serena. Even more ironic than that, Gary didn't know ash and her were friends. It was funny how everything turned out, though ash really wondered what would've happened if Gary met her. He would probably do something dumb. Yep, that's Garry.
     "Are you Ash Ketchum?" A low voice asked from behind Ash, snapping him out of his dream. "Oh... yea" Ash replied, seeing a burly security guard. "Right this way sir" the security guard walked off, and ash followed him. "She'll be right in this door" the man then said, standing beside it. 'Here goes nothing' ash thought to himself, going inside.
     Once he opened the door, ash was taken aback. There was Serena, in a beautiful dress, looking, well, very beautiful. Pikachu, though, wasn't as stunned. "Pika-pi!" He said running up to her. "Oh hi pikachu, and hi ash!" She said, turning around to see them. "H-hey Serena" ash smiled back at her.
There was a pause, a moment where neither knew what to say. Then ash decided he had to say something "how's life" he said, mentally facepalming at the simplicity of what he had just asked. "Well, being a queen is...... fun" Serena replied "but it gets kinda boring just doing the same thing on my own. Putting on shows, instead of the thrill of contests, but, of course that is made up by the wonderful places I get to go. I mean, kanto is beautiful"
"Yea" ash agreed with her "but really just growing up in a place you kinda get tired of it and everywhere looks beautiful"
"Well then maybe some day I can take you back to kalos" she replied to him. Then the doors to the room opened. "Mrs yuvone" the security guard said "you are needed to start the battles, and your partner as well" he nodded to ash.
     The two of them walked outside, seeing everyone else looking up at them. It was amazing to see how different it was, even just a step up on the small stage, that upon further inspection had been transformed into a battle arena. "Thank you everyone for waiting" a man to their side said over the microphone. "The queen and her partner will now perform the first battle to kickstart this event. Their opponents will be....... group seven"
     Two men, who both looked to be from privileged and noble families walked up onto the stage to face them. "You are the queen, madam, but it would be a discredit to you and us to just let you win"
     "Poor queen, she'll never get far with a battle partner like that random guy" ash heard someone say in the crowd. Of course, he just smiled at it. Unknown to everyone else, he had battled alongside Serena more then anyone else here. "Ready your Pokémon" the man who had announced the event said, as Serena sent out her sylveon, ash his pikachu. The other duo sent out an arcanine and a poliwrath. "Ready, BEGIN!" The announcer said.
