Alisha's p.o.v.***
I woke up naked from what seemed like a long night sleep. I looked over at the clock and it was only 2a.m. My head was pounding and I couldn't remember anything. I searched my bed for my phone and I couldn't find it. Struggling to keep my eyes open I noticed someone sitting in my chair next to the window. I tried to speak, but, no words were coming out. I fell back on my pillow. I could hear who ever was there get up from the chair. They began walking toward my bed. My heart beat relentlessly. I just could not respond. I slipped back off into another deep sleep.

The next time I woke up, the sun was shinning through my balcony window. I jumped up thinking I was late for work. My head was throbbing. I sat back down on the bed for a moment trying to gather my thoughts. It seemed like the more I tried to remember what happened the night before the more my head hurt.

Finally able to stand and walk slowly, I went to the night stand to grab two Tylenol. I walked toward my room fridge to grab a bottle of water when I noticed a note left in my dresser mirror. I grabbed the note and it said, "Last night was epic. I had so much fun. I'm glad you decided to join me at the ball, Brad."

I was so puzzled. All I could remember was canceling on Brad last night. This must explain my headache and nakedness.

Brad was this guy I met at the airport. I was headed to Baltimore on a business trip with a few other publishers. When I walked through the doors of the airport I went to look for my flight on the board. As I stood there looking Brad walked up to me and asked if I needed help with anything. I tried my hardest to ignore him never taking my eyes off the flight board. "To busy to let a gentlemen help you out." I guess I looked more confused than I thought. I looked up at him and from that point on I couldn't take my eyes off of him.

We ended up boarding first class of the same flight. His seat was across from mine and he wouldn't let me enjoy my flight in peace constantly striking up conversation. I couldn't help but look at him and lick my lips. I was definitely contemplating on bringing him home. After getting to our destination he gave me his number and told me to text him when I got back to the city.

After taking those pills my headache subsided so l decided to shower, get dressed, and make my way to the office.

Riding down Park Place l reminisced about when I first opened my business. I started in my 2 bedroom apartment turning my second bedroom into an office. Struggling to manage my bills and necessities and with an idea to start a business was crazy. I knew it would be very expensive. Bills were pilling up, but, i pushed myself. I started with no equipment or nothing. I used a chair from my kitchen table as a desk and an old crate that I took from my mom's house as a chair. Everyday I would go in there and pray and write for hours. Some days I would even fall to sleep in there. I couldn't believe I had my own business and for 14 years.

As I pulled up to the office Anthony was there to greet me. He always greeted everyone with that beautiful smile. Normally, he worked the front desk, but, for the first 2 hours of the day he would greet people at the front gate. The days I did go into the office it was always heart warming to see him there. He had been with the company for the past 10 years every since I moved it into my current building.

ANTHONY

Anthony was a tall dark skinned guy with a beautiful smile and beautiful teeth. He was very muscular and gentle. Always polite and very seldom angry or upset. He was very encouraging and uplifting and always of great support. I knew I could count on him for anything. We met in high school and lost contact. When I began hiring for the company he came in with his resume, knowledge, and let's not forget that fly 3 piece suit. I was stuned. We instantly hit it off and came up with great ideas for the company. We became best friends.

I gave Fred, the main bell man my car keys and walked into the building. Everyone was smiling out of the ordinary.

Good morning, Shawn. Good morning, Jamie. "Good morning lover girl!" I stopped as I was approaching my office door. Turning around walking back toward them I asked, "and what is that supposed to mean?" They just sat there and continued to giggle childishly. I shook my head and walked toward the office.

I opened the office door and to my surprise there were roses every where! "What the hell," I murmured? I went to my desk where I found another note. This one was on my touch screen computer. It read; THIS IS JUST A THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME MAKE A VERY IMPORTANT NIGHT A SUCCESS. I ENJOYED THE NIGHT. CALL ME AS SOON AS YOU GET A CHANCE. BRAD! He had been here too. I wonder which one of my employees let him in.

I just could not figure out what happened last night.

I didn't stay at work to long because it was Wednesday. Every Wednesday I would pamper myself. My hair appointment was usually at 12pm unless something came up. After my hair appointment I would go to the nail shop and get my nails, toes, and eye brows done. Once I did all of that shopping would be next on my list of things to do if there was nothing more important that needed to be done.

I left work at 12 and got all my pampering done. I shopped and packed a few things for my trip. Since it was only 3 o clock now I decided to take a drive to my cabin on the north side of the city. Tomorrow would be my last day for the work week since I was going on vacation starting Friday. I needed to make sure I had everything I needed at the cabin. This weekend was going to be epic and I knew just the person to call and make it happen.

I think this is going to be a really good story. Please let me know what yall think. Give feedback, comment, and vote!!
