This one is short and the next one will probably be shorter BUT 15 will be individual results...probably. IN other news WD is almost over. It's gonna be shorter than Fall Days lol. The last chapter for Winter Days will be 20. Then I'll move on to Spring Days which will be freaking epic (I hope).
Anyways sorry again for the shortness (and the badness of it. I think I really kinda sucked at writing this chapter...). I'll have 14 out tomorrow!

You were walking down the street. Snow fell silently as far as you could see. You tightened the jacket around you in an attempt to stay warm. Up ahead in the distance you saw a man and woman walking with their arms wrapped around each other. They stopped in the path so as you walked you grew closer and closer.
Once you were only a few yards away the man turned to face the woman. Instantly you stopped in your tracks only a few feet away. It was [BOC]. His arm was hung around her waist. He leaned forward and whispered something in her ear. She giggled and nodded.
"[BOC]!" You cried out reaching for him, but everyone you took a step for him it seemed him and the woman would pull forward away from you. He was only a few arm lengths away, but you would never get to hold him. You cried out again in desperation, "[BOC]!"
Suddenly the girl turned around and smiled at you. You drew back your hand at the sight of Dhannon in his arms.
"He's mine now [Name]." She smiled that sickly sweet grin. She looked up at him. [BOC] leaned forward and pressed his lips against hers.
Everything disappeared as you shot up in bed. Your breathing was fast as you glanced around the room looking for the scene that had disappeared. When you had finally reassured yourself that you were finally awake you sighed. The first time you had that dream you cried when you woke up. The second time you cried again. That was the twenty second time you've had that dream. The girl isn't always Dhannon though. The first few times you had that dream it was a random girl you've never seen. Then she morphed into Melanie, then Lauren, then Hanna (which you enjoyed the least), and the last few times, including this time, it was Dhannon.
You slid out of bed and scratched another tally mark in the bottom section on your scrap sheet of paper. The top section was used to count many days you've been here. You didn't like keeping track of that one much. It only made you feel abandoned. The section only showed fourteen days but that's only because you couldn't bring yourself to mark some days. Besides it was pointless for you to anyways. You had the count of days memorized in your head.42 days and counting.
You dropped the pencil on the table and went to get ready. Your mind began to wander, but it no longer lingered on your friends or him. You had convinced yourself long ago that maybe it was better this way. If they tried to rescue you they could get hurt and you didn't want that at all. After showering and slipping on a casual dress you left the room. As you walked your hand held the necklace around your neck. It was the last thing you held of your friends except memories. The small glowing green orb hung proudly in the chain [BOC] had it set in for you.
The maids you passed curtsied at you in respect. Things had changed over the course of 42 days. You had the courage and ability to wake up yourself now and get dressed. You knew your way around the main parts of the castle as well. One big thing changed as well.
"Good morning Rex." You said sliding into the dining table seat beside him. He kissed you and you didn't flinch at his touch. You've learned that if you don't fight smaller things like kisses and smiles no one gets hurt. You were sick and tired of people getting hurt because of you.
"Today's the day!" The King waltzed into the dining room. Ryan, Racer, and Carly who were once sitting lazily around the table now sat up in respect. You didn't see the King often anymore because he was always away, but you never did enjoy his visits. "Decorating and preparation begins today! I'm sure you two are very excited."
Rex just nodded and continued eating. You forced a smile but your stomach twisted in knots. It was February 5th. You were getting married February 14th. All of Passim got to vote on the day of your wedding, which would be televised, and they chose Valentine’s Day. Your appetite was suddenly gone at the sudden reminder of the date.
"Look so excited you can't even eat." The King laughed, "Come Rex. We have work to attend to. [Name] I expect you to help Dhannon and Riley plan for the wedding. You wouldn’t want them to do it by themselves would you?"
He didn't wait for an answer. Rex, the King, Carly, and Racer all walked out leaving you at the table alone with Ryan. Ryan was the only guard you liked, though you still didn't know the color of his eyes. He wasn't mean and he didn't see you as the future Queen to be. He saw you as what you truly were: a prisoner. Ryan rose up from his seat and stood behind you.
"I know you want to give up, but just remember the reason why you hung on for so long in the first place. Things have to get worse before they get better [Name]." He whispered then slipped out of the room.
It was great advice. You were thankful that he cared enough to give it to you too, but it was too late for you. You had given up a while ago, and didn't have the heart to tell him.
GROUP's POV
The palace doors were usually never open. That's what made it so hard to sneak in before. Today though the huge white doors sat wide open as trucks and trucks of wedding supplies were brought in. The entire courtyard was packed with people moving about and decorating. The inside was just as crazy as the rest. Everyone in the castle was decorating and preparing. They had 8 days to prepare and even then people wondered if they'd finish on time.
All of the group had successfully snuck in and were beginning to set their plan in action. The only two who didn't come in right away was Noctis and Kairi. Noctis didn't because it would be way to easy to recognize him, and Kairi didn't because over the last month the two of them had been joined at the hip practically. They'd come late though after the stealth part was over. There were also more rebels that came to fight. More than 20.
Jessica had given the group strict instructions. There were two big ones they had to follow though. The first was keeping their weapon hidden at all times. It could not be seen. Those with larger weapons that could not be hidden easily they hid in a wedding supply box in the dining hall. The second was not to talk to anybody. [Name] included.
So far not a single soul had noticed all the workers that joined in. Phase one of the plan was going smoothly. They blended in well and found the information they needed. Phase two would be the extraction. That couldn't be done until tomorrow. Phase three would be the overthrow.
For now they just had to continue to blend. All the guys were dragged into heavy lifting while most of the girls were hanging flowers. Jessica, Wes, Ben, and Sammy stayed outside trying to get info so the security group wouldn't recognize them.
BOC POV
He set down the heavy box and wiped the sweat that trailed down his forehead. His eyes glanced over the grand, decorated room. The ceiling was high and had rolls of white satin draped across areas in low banners. Different ornaments were being put up around the room as well. As he gazed around the room his eyes caught sight of a gorgeous girl.
"[Name]." He breathed. You were across the room from him. If he took a few wide steps he'd be able to stand right in front of you. He'd be able to hold you. He stood there gazing at you in high hopes that you'd turn to look at him. You never did though. The room was too crowded and his face was lost in a sea of people.
Prince Rex walked into the room and wrapped his arms around you from behind. [BOC] expected you to turn away in disgust, so he felt defeated when you didn't move at all. You didn't even flinch.
He frowned and took a step forward but was cut off.
"Don't." A guy with aviator sunglasses on stopped him in his tracks. "You walk across this room and you ruin everything. Just wait for the right moment."
"What?" [BOC] questioned.
"Turn around if you want to save her. Just turn around and blend in."
[BOC] stared at him for a moment before realizing this was the guy that gave Jessica and the others the tip. With a nod of his head, [BOC] turned around and began to walk away. He took wide steps because he knew that if he faltered at all then he'd run back to you. Every step he took was like a stab in the chest. After 42 days of sitting in a hotel room waiting, 42 days reliving the last conversation he had with you in his head, and countless nightmares at night of losing you over and over he felt so empty. Now, he could see you. You had been so close to him, yet so far away. [BOC] ran a hand through his hair, 'I'm so sorry [Name].'
