Nick's POV.

After endless begging and a bribe of $50, Bradley finally convinced me to hang out with him and his friends. I have still tried to talk him out of it. I already regret agreeing to this, and I'm not even there yet. Currently I am literally being dragged to his house by my feet. I struggled to free myself, but he had a good grip on my ankles.

"Nick! I paid you to come. Could you at least walk there?" He asked, getting tired of pulling me down the street.

"No! If you want me to go you have to get me there." I answered, trying to find something to hold on to.

"Doesn't this hurt?"

"Yes, but I rather scrape my body against the hot pavement than to socialize with strangers." I explained, bluntly.  "We're only a house away, you can do it. Hopefully not, though."

"I mean you're not really heavy, so I technically could, but come on, I paid you $50, the least you could do is get up and stop yelling 'rape.'"

"RAPE!" I yelled again as a joke.

"Shut up!" he laughed.

"I don't want to swim. Your friends will think I'm weird," I said. "You can have your money back, I just can't do this, dude."

"You're fine." I turned around and gave him a death glare and flipped him off. He laughed, "So if I say you're fine it's a crime."

"I don't like human interaction."

"But I'm human, and we're friends. That's interaction." He argued.

"Shush! You know what I mean." By then he had already successfully dragged me all the way to his drive way. Well there's no going back now. I got up, and tried to take off running but he grabbed my arm before I could.

"It's fine Nick. If you don't feel comfortable you can leave." He told me.

"I don't feel comfortable." I stated, starting to walk away.

"I mean when my friends get here, dammit!"

"Fine." I sighed, titling my head back.

It took around ten minutes for Bradley's friends to get here. They all got here at the same time, sadly, so I couldn't adjust my self one person at a time. I have to deal with 4 at once. I saw them all arrive from his window. Brad pushed me out of his room, while I clung to the door frame. I trotted behind him when we got close to the door. He opened the door to faces that were somewhat familiar to me.  A guy with black spiked hair, one with brown long hair, another really tall guy with brownish-blonde hair and a one that was really short with dyed blue hair. I don't know any of their names and I don't think they know mine. Or do they?

"Hey!" Brad, happily greeted. They all walked in, so I tried staying behind Brad as much as possible. "Um. Nick Uh this is Kevin." He said gesturing to a blue haired guy.

"Hi." I mumbled.

"Hey! How are you?" Kevin smiled. He stuck out his hand for me to shake.

"Good, you?"

"Great!" He released my hand, then subtly rubbed it against the side of his leg. God, My hands are really sweaty.

Brad pointed to the black haired kid, "That's Ash."

"Heh like Ash Ketchum from Pokemon?" I stupidly asked.

"Ha Ha Very funny" Ash sarcastically laughed, looking at me with an intimidating glare. I looked down with embarrassment.

"That's Aaron." Bradley said looking at the tall one. "And the other one is Ben."

A little later everyone, but me, got in the pool. I sat in the shade under an umbrella, facing away from them. I could hear splashing, yelling and laughter. I put my head down on my crossed arms.
