Chapter 8

Anthony's POV

I didn't want to tell her the truth...I couldn't. I could see she was already broken. I didn't want to lie either though, but the words just came flowing out.

"Umm well, Austin is at the hospital, but he's gonna be fine, just a few bruises and broken bones." that brought a smile on her face, but out if the corner of my eye I saw Alexa's eyes widen and stare at me. She was obviously pissed at what I just said to her. I know that eventually, Carlie is gonna realize the truth, and that 'eventually' was gonna happen in a matter of minutes.

"Holy crap guys! You scare the hell out of me! I thought he died or something! we'll come on let's go visit him NOW!" Carlie said demandingly while getting up and already heading down stairs with her coat.

I was about to follow her when Trinity grabbed the back of my shirt. "What the heck was that Ant! You should've known she was gonna want to visit him...and what do you think she is gonna think when we get there and Austin only remembers you and me and not Alexa or Harry or most importantly, when she finds out he doesn't remember her!"

I just shrugged at them...." I didn't really think that far. I just didn't want to hurt her and...." Alexa interrupted me.

"UGHH!! Anthony do you ever think things through! You just messed everything up for her. She was his while life and he was hers. But not anymore..." Alexa looked at the floor. she looked like she was gonna cry too I guess she was putting it in her perspective.

She shook her head and walked out to meet up with Carlie. Then Trinity followed, and finally me, this time I was the last one out. Damn what is Carlie gonna do now?

Trinity's POV

The car ride was silent, but no one really minded. I could tell all Carlie was thinking about was Austin and Alexa was just staring across at Anthony who was driving. You could see by how much closer we got to the hospital, how much more Alexa was becoming worried for Carlie and how much more pissed at Ant she was getting too.

We finally arrives at the hospital after the longest 10 minutes ever. Carlie practically jumped out of the car before it even stopped. She was way too excited....especially for the fact that in a matter in minutes she would fall apart.

We walked u to the front desk the lady gave us the room number for Austin. He was room 365 on the 3rd floor.

We were finally standing in front of the room, and written on the room sign it read: Austin C. Mahone. Carlie rushed in.

She stopped at the foot of Austin's bad. you could see the happiness in her eyes. I guess Austin saw it too, but he just didn't understand why...

"Ummm hi?" Austin questioned. Carlie jut ran over and hugged him. oh my gosh Austin you scared me so much don't-"

"Wait. hold up, who..." uhh oh I knew where this was going. I nudged Anthony to go step in. he got the hint. "Yo Austin! Its Carlie.....your girlfriend" he winked at Austin but Austin wasn't processing why he was trying to get at...

"Anthony, what are you talking about? I'm not dating her...im dating Caitlyn. Caitlyn Barders"

All of out eyes widened. Why the hell does Austin remember his ex-girlfriend....but not Carlie.

Carlie's POV

Caitlyn Barders? I thought they broke up..... I think my heart just broke a little. "But austin... What about us" Austin stopped me. "Wait...us?Who even are you?"

My heart completely collapsed.....and so did I. The floor came rushing up to meet my face, and that's all I can remember.
