Your POV
Today was shopping day for me. I was getting last minute things for me and the baby. Once I get home, I'm going to call the Grumps over so they can help me with my stuff. Mark and Jack plan on spending the day together so we don't have to worry about that. I picked out some extra diapers and onesies and went to the checkout. I put the stuff in my car and got in. The drive home was pretty good, hardly any traffic, so that was nice. I opened the door, where Bf/n was greeting me.
"Are you sure about this?" She asked me for like, the tenth time.
"Yes, Bf/n. It's the best thing for us. The baby is due in a couple weeks, so after he's born, I can visit."
"Alright. You're probably right. But we don't know how long it'll take for Jack's memory to return. How will you keep him away from his dad for however long?"
"He may never get his memory back, but if he doesn't get it for a long time, I'll find a way. I know Danny will be more than willing to take care of him, and if he's busy one day, there's more than enough places where I can take him. Speaking of Danny, I should probably call him." I got up off the floor where we were sitting, I walked out with my phone and dialed Dan's number.
D: Hey, Y/n! You ready for us to come over?
Y: Yep! We're all set, the boxes are all packed, so you guys don't have to worry about sorting things. You just have to move them into the trunk. I want to thank you, Danny, for opening up the guest room in the space for us. I promise we won't be too much trouble, I-
D: Listen, Y/n, there is NO way you can be too much trouble. We're happy to have you. If it turns out things don't work at the space, Barry and I will be more than happy to take you and the baby in at our place.
Y: Really? You guys are too nice, I don't know what I would do without you, thank you so much! I'll see you in a bit, ok?"
D: Alrighty, Y/n, see you in a few!
Jack's POV
Mark and I have decided to go to Marian's, and after that, we were going to eat and hang out in town. We figured it'd be a good way to get to know each other, seems how I'm staying at his house. Mark pulled into Mary's driveway. I took a deep breath. This is gonna be hard.
I got out of the car, and Mark followed as I knocked on the door softly. The door opened and Mary instantly gasped. "Sean! I thought you had-"
She stopped, and looked at Mark for a while, before looking back at me. Marks eyes were wide. "Uh.. Listen, Mary. I came to get my stuff from your house so, I'd be happy to have it back."
"Well, I... What? Your supposed to be living here with me!"
"Well, yeah, but I just can't. I'm living with my friends now. I don't like being kept away from things, you know that."
"I-I..."
I stepped past her, and into the house, Mark following slowly, glancing at Mary. Wonder whats up with that.. I walked into, what was, my room, and started packing my things with Mark. Mary was at the doorway, watching as I emptied the room. It was barren, and dull without everything in it.
I stood, and let out a sigh. Mark helped me with my bags, and we passed Mary again. Her face looked, scared, upset, betrayed. I gave her a small smile. "Thank you for your time." I walked towards the door, and caught a glance of Blonde hair. I held up my hand as to wave to her, and left. Mark stopped for a second, glancing at the blonde in the room over, before following, and getting back in the drivers side after we placed my things in the back.
Thanks Mark, for getting my stuff with me."
He was silent for a bit, before he looked my way, sending a smile. "Yeah... No problem!"
I looked at him for a bit, before smiling, and buckling my seat belt as he pulled out of the driveway. He's been weird ever since we got in that house.. Wonder whats up?
"Hey Mark?"
"Yeah?"
"Why do you seem.. Shaken?"
"What? I'm not, I'm fine, promise. you don't have to worry about a thing buddy."
He smiled, and kept his eyes on the road, as we made our way back to his place. 'I wonder what (bf/n) is doing right now...'
